My order was not complete. I wrote a reclamation but did not get any answer. Also the quality of the product was not good.

the star scope monocular took 5 weeks to arrive and the magnification was nowhere near the images on your grossly misleading adverts. The whole thing is a con and will be looking to get my money back.
If that means engaging lawyers and private detectives so be it. What a let down this product is. It also suffers from astigmatism and chromatic aberration.

Orderd a drone over a year ago. They took my money but i have never recieved the drone. I have contacted a lawyer to press a law suit. Dont care how much it costs me they need to get taken out of business.

It's a scam, they give long delivery dates in order to make it difficult for you to make any claims, or request your money back. They refused to accept any responsibilities, ignore emails, and definitely to not delivery the products.

I ordered 9 months ago. they supposedly sent it a couple times but to the wrong address. I emailed them numerous times with the correct address. Then I tell them just refund me. Well now they cant find my order info. So I give them my transaction # and still no response from them! Don't buy from them!!!! I think they are a scam as well. They say they have 350,000 happy customers. I find that hard to believe! I am not 1 of them!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered 3 cameras from this company. The first one work good for about 1week, the second one won’t connect to the WiFi! The third one never arrived. I keep on going back and forth about this order and they keep on insisting that it was delivered! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! They suck! If I could rate them with minus ceros I would!! 😡😡

I think it's fantastic that the company hasn't delivered on most of its orders. Especially since their ad campaign appears incredibly sexist, and the items for sale are targeted toward spying on your significant other / stalking women.
Everyone who's written a bad review deserves exactly what they got: nothing. If you're trying to spy on your partner or stalk random women then you deserve to throw your money in the toilet. I hope your life sucks. And I think your situation is hilarious.

Worst company in history! If I could leave them negative 5 stars I would! I ordered a couple items from them for Christmas and they sent me two of the same item (and charged me for it), and didn't send one of the items i actually ordered (and was still charged for) and they came over a month later a week from February) the stuff I received looked noth in ng like the pictures and is junk quality (especially for the price I paid). And if you try to contact them expect that the only response you get is from their automatic email bot sending you confirmation that they received your email. Stay away from this company if you value your time, money, and dignity, or if you just want to be treated like a human being!

My order "disappeared" in according to their tracking page. They´ve answered a few emails but they just prolong the process.
My order from december has still not arrived... :-(

Propably they send a few items just in case someone is lucky.

I have now reported them. Please report the site in your countries too!

I must have been very lucky because I ordered twice and both times received the goods that I ordered. I was able to check online as to the expected delivery date and they both arrived within the given date range. I was thinking of ordering more items but now, after reading the reviews, I will wait and see.

I ordered an item back in December from this hack company. After many emails most of which weren't answered and the few that were answered were excuses as to why I hadn't received the order. I finally received one that asked if I wanted a refund which of course I replied yes to, that was over a month ago.........

I ordered from this company in January. I am still waiting for my order. Wrote to the customer service department. They insist that the item was delivered in February. I too should have read reviews prior to ordering. I did receive what I ordered, the monocular X4.
It was obviously used showing nicks and abrasions and would not focus and then as trying to focus the darn lens fell off.
I called my CC company after getting no response from attitude today.com
At the same time I also ordered the
Smart Security Camera 2019 it never came.
I also entered my order number in their tracking system and it could not find the order.
Lessen learned. NEVER buy anything you see advertised on Facebook.

Customer service-FAIL, sent my defective scopes back in December, nothing or no communication since. What a rip off company.

This is a total scam , do not buy from them
