Attitudist is a total scam. They took my money and never delivered the shoes. First, they said it was out for delivery, but I never received it. Then, customer service refused a refund, only offering an exchange, which they also never sent. Now they've blocked me and stolen my money. Don't waste your time or money with this company."

The biggest mistake is buying from them. No service, no response to emails, and terrible product quality. If you have any issues with size, product, or delivery, they won’t address it. Pathetic service and products.

This people are real scammer, They dont want to deliver the order or your money. Even after following up with their customer care (they really sucks) still no response. Dont know what to do.

Never ever make a prepaid order from this 3rd class company. Better never order only.

Hopeless and totally unreliable! Since almost three months of my prepaid order, I have not received the item! They will not give me refunds as per their protocols

I bought a pair of shoes on 4th May. I got the product on the 22nd of May. The product doesn't fit well and it looks quite weird on me.
I wanted to return the product but they have enabled the only option of store credit or exchange, which means you can't get the money back, you must pick any product even if you don't like it. All these things were not mentioned in their FAQs. I was trying to reach their customer support right from the next day onwards and did not receive any response even after 4 consecutive emails. I never suggest this product to anyone.

Worst delivery timeline. No customer support available over the phone. I have ordered a pair of sandals month ago, Still I have not received any update on the same. People from customer care just fooling me on email it takes 10-30 days since we manufacture product on order basis. I have waited for 30 days still my order even didn't processed for shipping. Order from this website only if you are sure you are gonna born again in this planet. That much frustration I have right now!

I ordered a Shoes in Sept 2023 after repeated reminder I was delivered wrong Item and the after request it is returned but the shoes I ordered is not delivered and paid for and still say in April 2024 that due to technical issue we could deliver and when deliver we can not say and do not even refund money i paid and give Credit voucher so I need to purchase again from them so a NOTE that PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANY ITEM TO ATTITUDIST
