This law firm appears to be highly efficient at collecting retainers but unfortunately falls short when it comes to delivering results. Despite ongoing invoicing, they have provided little to no meaningful assistance with my issues.
My opinion may change if I see the firm take proactive steps to prioritize their client’s case especially considering there has been no communication or progress for over a year.
I sincerely hope the firm takes this feedback seriously and commits to upholding integrity by actively working to resolve my matter.
