Unfortunate

Unfortunately the intake person I spoke with was very dismissive from the start of our call. She was unhelpful and told me that what I was looking for was not worth any of their attorneys time. Call was less than 30 seconds.

I wanted to share my experience

I wanted to share my experience, I cannot speak on others but as I stated to their staff, the reason a good lawyers are hard to find is that they hire these intakers which do not care but to read a script.
I wanted to share my experience. While I can't speak for others, as I mentioned to their staff, one of the reasons it's challenging to find a good lawyer is that many firms use intake staff who seem more focused on reading from a script than truly listening to clients.

During my search for a lawyer, I came across this site. After providing a detailed case summary and exchanging several emails, I eventually connected with a staff member who was dismissive and unwilling to listen. Despite my detailed summary, they repeatedly interrupted me. When I asked if they had read my summary, the intake person abruptly told me they couldn’t help and essentially hung up.

It seems that sites like this don’t take the time to review your information or show any empathy. You feel like just a number, not a person. When I followed up with an email to share my feedback, their response was defensive, which speaks volumes.

Some may have success with them depending on their needs, but based on my experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution.

Do not use..rude and quite useless

Do not use... lady was rude as hell and even went as far as putting herself on mute to make me think she hung up.... how childish.

I have a landlord and tenant dispute with the irvine company. They wouldn't take the case cause I don't live there anymore...

Take it with a grain of salt

First, I want to say that I know attorneys aren't required to take my case. But they can decline in a civil manner. I've never had legal trouble and never used a referral service for a lawyer.

I called this service twice: First to see how they work, and second to get a referral. Both times I got rude, nasty women with a condescending attitude.

They only referred me to one attorney. I don't know if it's because they do one at a time or not. I called and left a message. When I didn't get a call by the end of the next day, I called again. He picked up and I said I left a message. His excuse was he was out. I thought, "Well you're here now so why didn't you check messages and return calls?" I let it slide because he asked me what was going on.

I spoke to him about 20 minutes, and he said he was going to do some research after asking me some questions. He asked that I call him Tuesday of the following week. I said "Or you could call ME." That Tuesday rolled around, and I got voicemail again. So I leave another message, asking if he's still doing research or is he even taking the case at all.

That was one week ago. I take this as a no of course, but he could have had the professional courtesy to take 10 seconds out of his day and say, "I'm sorry, I won't be taking your case." We know lawyers like to charge for every minute, but this would have taken seconds.

And during the time I was waiting to hear from him, I could have maybe found someone who WILL help me. I don't even know if he even did anything at all or if he ever intended to do research.

I won't be using this service again. I'm trying another one, with a grain of salt.

Maybe ASN can consider something other than years of experience and a clean ethical record, such as how attorneys treat POTENTIAL clients. (Maybe include this in an automated survey, after the referral is sent to the person, asking did the attorney behave civil towards you? Did they take your case?)

This reflects badly on both the attorney and the service. He's rated very highly but I'm sure it's because of decades of experience.

This network is 5 stars !

I’d like to thank the attorney search network for linking me directly with an attorney who is reputable, honest, attentive, and always returns phone calls and emails within a timely matter. After hiring an attorney who did nothing for me over the last year and a half I was desperate to say the least as well as scared and nervous of the next steps related to my case, After reaching out to the attorney search network they gave me three contact names of attorneys that are part of their network and I found one that is truly on my side. I would like to thank the attorney search network for their service and for their constant follow up to ensure that I found the attorney that’s going to take care of my case. I would recommend this network every day all day, thank you very much.

We could not be more statisfied.

Attorney Search Network put us in touch with a stellar attorney, who we were able to reach and hire for, what is normally, a very small project. Even though the project did not even exceed four figures, he gladly visited our office, offered the best advice and was able to see us through a sitcky situation resolving the matter in a matter of days. We could not be more statisfied.

Saved me time and money.

Not long after I asked for a referral I received a phone call and an email. They found an attorney to fit my needs and a phone consultation was done the next day. I'm very happy with the service I received as it saved me a lot of time and money. I live in Mississippi and needed legal help in California. I'm so thankful for the referral and happy with my attorney.

Very easy service to use to find a great lawyer

I had no problems using Attorney Search Network to find a lawyer when I needed one most. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone in need of a lawyer. The service has lawyers for a really large range of legal needs, too.

So helpful, quality referrals

The ASN staff are professional, helpful, and positive. They soon learned my preferred practice areas and gave me several quality referrals within those areas.

Very Good

Have worked with ASN for years. It usually sends clients which are matched to my areas of practice and provides the needed information to contact them.
