Received a faulty laptop battery. Battery is not recognized in the BIOS or the Dell Power Manager. Completely unusable. I contacted the shop who has apparently a 30 days refund policy but never heard back from them.
Stupid customer service. The keep asking stupid questions like:

They also want me to return the bad battery BEFORE I get a replacement, and they don't offer to pay return costs.
