I bought a gold plated LV strass…

I bought a gold plated LV strass bracelet. Had it less then one week, paid $1120, wore it briefly twice before some of the gold plating came off one of the LV logos. This was a display bracelet and did not come with any wrapping. I have heard that LV have a policy where they are not supposed to sell items with any defects and that this stock is to be sold to staff at a discounted price on a special staff only website. I have a feeling it was defected when I bought it. Tried to return it for a refund and was told that they don’t issue warranties on their costume jewellery which I was not told at time of purchase. I was also told that the Manager was away sick and to come back the next day to see what can be done. I expected much better customer service from LV due to its reputation and the staff were not helpful at all. Please save your money and don’t buy this rubbish. I’m am trying to get a refund.

Forced to tell the Rapist

I am writing to you about my bag that I want to return. Emaar Square, Turkey store did not take the bag back. The bag is from 2015 and it sticks. There is also a code card, the model is visible. However, they ask me for the invoice name. Does this make sense? I took the bag, they looked, it sticks. Faulty production and I didn't produce it. There is no factory in my house, I do not produce bag leather. You produced this bag. All the bags you produced in 2015 is sticky. This is your problem, not mine. Despite this, they did not take the bag back and asked me for a name. Does this make sense? I don't have to give you the name. I am 23 years old and I have been at home for 3 years. I'm depressed, not because of corona. I'm depressed because of my ex-boyfriend who abused me 3 years ago. I don't leave the house, I'm undergoing psychological treatment and I gained 70 kg. I'm not the old me. My life is over. My life is ruined. I am no longer alive. Even when I think this name, my heart thightens and you want me to say this name of that person out loud. Despite this, they forced me to say this name in that store. My entire treatment process was reset. I'm back to the end. My nervous breakdowns and panic attacks came back. Why? Because of you. Because of your ignorant employees. You produced this bag and you produced it incorrectly. I'm not guilty of this. I am not responsible for this. You are guilty and responsible. You have to return this bag. But you don't get a refund and you ask me for the registration name. Is this professionalism? If you do not admit your mistake and upset a person's psychology, you are not a professional! You should not sell bags for 5 cents, not thousands of euros. Such a policy cannot exist. How will you make up for the panic attacks and nervous breakdowns I've had today? How are you going to make up for forcing me to say the name of the person who abused me? Am I bound to have nightmares because of you? Do I have to go back to the beginning after I have perhaps made progress in the psychological treatment I have had for 3 years? I might be able to eat healthy and start sports but my life has become dark again because of you.You have no right to do this to me! You are the one who reproduced incorrectly. The bag is from 2015. It has code. You must get a refund and you must not bully anyone like this. The treatment I received in the store today shocked me completely. I didn't think you were so unprofessional. Perhaps you employ with potential rapists in your company. I'm not sure about that anymore. Otherwise, I can't explain why I'm so over the top on such an issue.

I purchased the LV BLACKWOOD SUNGLASSES…

I purchased the LV BLACKWOOD SUNGLASSES and within a few months of purchasing them the arm fell off. I then took it in to LV in Queensplaza in NOVEMBER 2020 to get it resolved in which they accepted to take it away for fixing... 3 months later i finally received the glasses. 3 months !! only for them to do the same thing again which i originally brought them in for. The arm fell off again. I texted the service rep my frustration with these glasses and their so called 'repair' of these glasses... which she offered via text to have them refunded when i come into store next. So i am in today on 4.4.21 & explained to the service assistance the situation and showed him the text where a refund was approved by the service assistant dealing with my case. He took them to the back & wanted to chat with a 'senior' wasted 10 mins of my time to only come back & tell me he cannot refund them as they are an exchange item.... noway sherlock ! of course it is.. because it was taken away for repairs due to a faulty arm. I then told him that the sms granted a refund & they cannot go back on their promise. I demanded a refund & was very firm with the assistant to then only be attacked by another lady who approached me to remain calm... which i was .. they just didn't like that they were knowingly in the wrong & they had to refund my faulty sunglasses. They do not like refunding you even if you aren't at fault.. i had another similar situation with white shoes from them, so i know very well what they are like. They do not like to be at fault ever ! Anyway, so waited another 15 minutes for the refund to occur.. they were tapping away at the computer wasting more of my valuable time. They had no idea how to refund me. it took 2 people to get it sorted. The man who assisted me was rude, did not want to learn of the actual situation i was going through and wasn't interested in assisting me. This is the vibes i got. On my way out i approached the lady who told me to calm down (there was no reason for her to do so).. and asked if she was the manager.. in which she said no. Just a plain blunt NO. didn't offer to pass me on to a manager either. i told her i will never buy another item from their store let alone another LV product. The brand has lost me due to the horribly made sunglasses, the poor repair on the glasses, the fact they returned me glasses with no proper testing on them & the service which followed afterwards. This lady at the door then told me she didn't appreciate my attitude and aggressiveness to the assistant. Let me tell you something love.. i had every right to be pissed off and frustrated.. you didn't care to de-escalate the situation or hear my frustration.. you were only interested in me not making a fuss in front of all the other customers so they do not learn of what was going on. Your service is appalling and never did i expect to be treated in such a way on numerous occasions (my wife included) from such a high profile brand who's reputation relies primarily on quality luxury goods. People are willing to pay premium prices if they get the quality and service in return... and we got neither. I recommend to support a smaller business who is willing to help you. LV isn't what it used to be.

I went to the LV store Crown Casino…

I went to the LV store Crown Casino branch to have a repair of my bag, unfortunately they were asking for the receipt of the bag. I told them it was a gift for me from a long time ago and I don't have the receipt anymore. I even told them that I had a previous repair last Feb. and they never asked for the receipt . They said to me its their policy or whatever that they need the receipt to have a go. They even told me that I don't have the record in their system that I had my repair previously. So I tried to find it in my phone lucky it was there a copy of the receipt and showed them. So even if you purchased the bag in the LV store and you can not present the receipt they will not repair your bag. It was very disappointing coz in other LV store overseas they will never ask for the receipt they are so helpful with their clients as long as its authentic they will repair your bag. They treat their costumer with pride and dignity. I will never come back to this store again.. Never ever...

Disappointed services

As you all know, the mini pochette is one of the Louis Vuitton’s super rare to find items.
So with the limited edition that came out on November. I called to check prior release dates, customer service team, I won’t say his name here just because. And he said he was able to put me on the waitlist and would call me once its been released
So I waited excitedly till the release day, no phone calls or emails. But I waited an extra week to call them back.
I spoke to a different guy. And asked if I could speak to the guy who promised the bag to me, and he told me: Sorry but we don’t do waitlist anymore
And I said no no I rang weeks ahead with a different staff member, I’m not trying to get on now
And then he said: yeah I’m sorry the policy has changed and we don’t reserve bags for anybody
I was shocked and yes disappointed but he didn’t seem like he wanted to help or anything so the conversation ended there

Then I decided to call back days after, lucky was spoken to a nice lady, she was able to connect me with the guy because apparently she said “well they were released last month he should have called you, but since he was the one who said yes so I’m gonna let him deal with this”. I mean that was honestly fair.
So I got to speak to him and he said “oh yes I remember, you’re on the waitlist for the Paris prints, unfortunately we didn’t have enough stocks last month but we’ll definitely get more next week and I’ll definitely call you when it’s ready”
So I was really happy about so I waited for another week and still there was nothing
I contacted them again, spoke to a lady and she said she’d check the status of my order on the system and then she told me the order has been canceled because it couldn’t be fulfilled.

Like I wasted months to keep track on something that they couldn’t even give me an honest and straightforward answers. They didn’t bother ringing and telling me hey I’m sorry but it’s not happening. Instead of that, kept me waiting and checking back
I have purchased from LV boutique and I have an account with them. I’m not a VIP but for sure I’m a legit returning customer. You don’t give me no bags for free. I have to pay for it and instead of that, unprofessional service and unorganised team.

I’m very disappointed. I thought they could have done so much better. Lacks of communication, cares absolutely nothing about customers, unhelpful and I’ve had very very bad experience dealing with them. Such disappointment
