Ordered a Christmas present for my partner. After 2 weeks of checking for confirmation of postage, received an email to review their service.
Contacted the company they claimed to have sent a letter explaining the product was out of stock in AUS and I would need to pay $55 for extra shipping (on a $39 product) or receive a refund.
I replied that I did not receive notice (physical mail/email) and it was very disappointing they were not willing to rectify THEIR ERROR.
They replied with a cropped screenshot of text stating “dear customer …” with the shipping error explained. With an email/ website poorly covered at the top and their alleged date of sending.
Clearly forged or taken from another customers correspondence.
I would not recommend this site what so ever.
