Order was sent laced 9 days ago. I have received no notification of shipping, no estimated date of delivery & no reply to my email enquiry. My16 year old daughter saved her own money to make this purchase & is disappointed in your customer service. Poor experience & still no product delivery.

The quality is very disappointing
The quality is very disappointing. I expected something like Levi’s, Wrangler, or Rollas… but it is far inferior.
Also, the sizes are totally wrong, much smaller and inconsistent between different models.
The designs are nice.
And when I returned the items, the fee was $30.00.
I only kept one top that looks good.
But overall, very disappointed.

Thought this product was coming from Australia. It was an au web site address. Package seems to be coming ( or attempting to) from Uk? No movement for days . Probably wouldn’t have ordered knowing this. Who knows how long they will take up get here.

Return is hell
Firstly, the sizing is wack. I measured myself in inches and ordered that sizing, it came so big around the waist. Therefore I cannot wear it so I wanted to exchange it. Motel rocks has no way of exchanging products when I thought they did so I went through this step by step process, assuming I’d be able to get an exchange at the end and you have to pay $30 to return it ( ridiculous ), did i get my exchange? No.
