I'm still waiting on my order. The only thing you have sent me is a free shaker. I didn't want a shaker. I want my order. So you've asked me to rate you so I'm giving you a poor rating as I'm yet to receive it. I do not understand why you would pay for shipping for a protein shaker on its own. Great product
The package was so well packed and delivered sooner than expected. I liked that I could track the delivery too. Tastes great too!
4 stars because the ziplock wasn’t working too well in the protein or the creatine I got. As soon as I cut the creatine, it was open. Not tightly sealed. I have difficulty dealing both packages I think because there’s product stuck in between.

Worst customer service you can imagine
Its been about 4 weeks. I never received my order and nor did i get a refund. You dont even have a customer service contact. Your human agents are worse than a bot.
Once i get my money back, i am definitely never placing an order here.

All the products sent expire within 6 months some in a month some in 2 months. When I raised this I have been fobbed off several times with ridiculous requests for information that should all be within my order number details
Every reply comes with more requests for answers already given
It’s disgusting and obviously AI and designed to piss customers off so much they give up and just don’t bother and put up with the expired shit that was sent

We’ve been purchasing drops for over a year now and really rate them.
However, the new package is killing me, we are tearing through our drops because there is way less control over the quantity with the lid. Also means our coffees are so so so sweet now.
