I received the product promptly so i didn't run out of my previous tablets

I paid the price for a rare mineral collectable specimen
many weeks ago.Every time I emailed for info.about my shipment I always recieved timely replies with many excuses ……… just leading me on & “buying more time”.
Then a Tracking # with Amarex with my order coming from USA not Australia ! After another week I contacted
Amarex & Tracking # was false !
NineLife-Australia is a Scam ! This Company is fraudulent. The owner is a scum-bag ,a thoroughly
repulsive & morally repugnant individual who operates
his business under the guise of a reputable Australian
Company. Buyers beware ! You WILL lose your hard earned money.

I needed the herbs fast and the staff were very courteous and did their best to support me.

I ordered a high-value item from NineLife South Africa on 6 August 2025.
Two months later, I still have no delivery, no working tracking link, and no refund — despite repeated written assurances from their “WeCare” team that the item would either be delivered by mid-September or refunded in full if not received.

That promise was never honoured. After weeks of silence, I was told the package was “at my local post office” — which is absurd, since there are no functioning postal deliveries in my area and the order was sold with delivery included in the price.

I have now cancelled the purchase and demanded a refund under South African consumer law for breach of contract (malperformance).
To date, NineLife has ignored this lawful demand.

If you are considering ordering from NineLife in any country, please take this as a serious warning:

Their customer service is evasive and inconsistent.

Refunds are delayed or refused even when the company is clearly at fault.

Delivery promises are repeatedly broken.

I would strongly advise using a reputable retailer with verifiable local operations.

It's a good product. But there's a thing need to be improved. The drain for the dirty water. I am still happy to get it.
