You are Scammers. You don't have the permission to sell the products you do at tripple the price. You also don't hold stock. You are based in Mumbai but your branding suggests you are Australian, American, British, etc. Absolutely digusting.

The law is coming for you.

After paying double the U.S price for Canned Beef, it turned out that they didn't actually have the product in house but imported it AFTER i'd paid. This practise is against Australian law unless import & possible tariffs are clearly stated & agreed to by way of continuing with purchase. There was NO mention of importing or possible duty although they swore it stated so. After i'd waited about 10 weeks, I demanded my money back under the non delivery clause. Customs were demanding a fee of $194.15 on top of what i'd paid up front!! That amounted to $599.15 for six items worth US $20 per item.
This company is an opportunistic, greedy middleman in my opinion.
The company has now suddenly withdrawn ALL of the meat products after I complained, threatened them with Fair Trading Australia & demanded my money back.
I'll see how long it takes them to honour the refund.

Where to start! A very frustrating 6 week saga!
The good points - I did actually have someone who did reply to my emails and actually did facilitate a full refund ..... after around 50 emails over a six week period.
The reality of this company ........ even though the "AU" part of the name would suggest this is an Australian company, it is not. I paid 4 times the RRP for an electrical device because I believed it was coming from Australia with an Australian plug and suitable for Australian voltage. It came from USA with a USA plug and USA voltage (so this company was actually charging 4 times the price that I could have paid on Amazon!).
It took 3 weeks and many emails to get the refund .... even though they insisted many times that the problem was with my bank and that I should take their store receipt to my bank to get the bank to chase the refund!!!!!!! Not the RRN .... a store receipt!
Also, I have been inundated with scam emails since I purchased from this company ..... so they clearly do NOT keep your data secure.
What a ripoff. Beware. I only wish that I had checked reviews before placing my order. I thought all was OK because they listed an Australian address and phone number ..... but no one picks up the phone and no one returns your calls.

Do not buy from this site. I purchased what I expected was 144 small items and received 1 only for the price I can buy elsewhere for a fraction of the price. The after sales service was non existent. The one item took ages to come. What a rip off.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. I placed an order for an item on the 6 Feb 24, I received no email confirmation about the order and they took payment in the amount of $188.75. I followed up with them on the 16 Feb 24 by doing an online enquiry about my order, site stated they would respond in 3 hours, received no response. Sent an email to them same day, received a case number, but still no response from anyone. Even after advising that I would be reporting them, no response received. All interaction with their Australian site and this transaction appears to be a scam, they are offering products on their website for sale that they obviously cannot provide and will take your money without responding to any queries.

This site operates a brushing scam. I received a fake Cartier ring instead of my (very expensive) vitamins. Shame on you people! Don’t fall for their claims

I received my Maxi Magnesium capsules and started taking them.
