If it hadn't been for Australian…

If it hadn't been for Australian Customs being ridiculous enough to withhold the Ant Farm (that did NOT have any ants in it), the delivery time would have been great. Customs wanted me to pay them $200.00 for them to inspect the product after I gave them all the details of the purchase. When Toys Central found out about this, within 1-2 days I had the Ant Farm. Their service was great!

Toys Central for West Australian customers

I did not realise it was a USA company and was a bit disappointed in the length of time to receive my purchase HOWEVER the customer service and contact I had waiting got my purchase were all excellent thank you Deaf Barbie is all good and living in West Australia

Absolute scammers

Bought a drone online said it was in stock paid $300. Then the called saying they had no stock even though they had already taken the money out of my account for it then they tried to sell me something else instead of giving my money back. I said I don’t want anything else if you don’t have the item you advertised then you need to refund me. Two weeks later still refusing g to give my money back. Absolute scammers and I’m reporting them to consumer protection .

Overall, I am very happy with the services I received from Toy Central. There was a mishap in the shippi,ng and the original items sent out were never received. I attempted to reach out to the mail courier with little luck. Toy Central was exceptiona,l and when I let them know the parcel never arrived (mailed in June, now October). They sent out new products with no additional charge. I am beyond grateful for this. Staff have been very friendly and helpful throughout. I will for sure purchase from them again. Toys purchased arrived in perfect conditon!

Its a scam

Its a scam.
What is purchased is nothing what actually arrived. The sizes, photos etc are all fake. Do not purchase from them
Edit: on trustpilot toys central will reply to 1 star reviews to try and make the reviews look fake. In reality, I bet bottom dollar all the 5 star reviews are fake! The site is designed to rip you off. I went through the process of trying to get a refund, they just give you the run around.

I want my refund processed ASAP!!!

I want my refund processed ASAP!!!!

Made a purchase of Babynutri - a baby food maker machine - in early September and was told the product was shipped on the 3rd of September. It was not. It was only shipped when I contacted them on the 12th of September asking for the progress and finally delivered on the 19th. Upon opening the package I realised the product was US made and came with a US plug and voltage suitable ONLY for the US market, NOT Australia. At no point during the purchase process was it indicated this was a US product suitable only for the US market (product description does not mention this at all). I subsequently contacted the company asking for a return and refund (within their refund policy). They had the audacity to suggest I go to a local electrician to amend the machine to suit Australian voltage instead and offered only 15% refund! I paid for the item including shipping total of AUD 301.81. I have rejected their suggestion, as it is absurd, and requested a full refund as the product is wrong for the Australian market and had I knows I would have never purchased it. It is dangerous to be using wrong voltage devices like these and even worse to be amending the original product to try to make it work in another voltage system!! They market the product falsely. They also market themselves as an Australian company with Australian address etc but they are not. Now they are not responding to my email and it is impossible to get through on the phone. The price of the product I purchased has also changed on their website to a much higher one. Their conduct, products and questionable repricing behaviour indicate this is not a reliable or trustworthy business . My suggestion is not to avoid them! I wish I read reviews on this website prior to my purchase as this is just infuriating and such a waste of time and money!

ToysCentral AU - respond to my email and process the return and full refund. Otherwise I will report you to ACCC and NSW Fair Trading.

Idiotic prices - hello- red flag?

For goodness sake, I can’t believe people being scammed on this site failed to see the ludicrous prices - over $1000 for a couple of plastic bangles-wake up & stop handing over money - it’s idiotic
