Brow powder ordered in light. It took ages to arrive and the colour is ridiculous. Light to them is orange/bright ginger. Impossible to wear. Sent a message and needless to say they are very sorry and will pass to the team so they can improve in future. Avoid at all costs!!! When will I learn not to buy off social media adverts 😞

I ordered the brow stencil powder it is very poor quality, completely the wrong shade, impossible to use and looks ridiculous!
To return ypu need to pay to China even though it is advertised as a UK company. Shipping took weeks and it says there is a 30 day guarantee which is a load of BS

This company is a full on scam company, makes out it's a UK company and the product was advertised as made in USA and quality item guarantee. They are actually from Singapore i believe.Supposed to be top quality dentures what arrived was 10ps worth of worse than joke shop teeth plastic,when contacting them for refund all they could say was sorry you don't like it we'll bear your feedback in mind . ROBBING B*_@#^*S, Stear well clear.

Took ages to come and not one stencil matched my eyebrows and the plastic stencils don’t sit flat to your face so impossible to get a good finish. Smudged loads on my face. Awful

False advertising... received box with picture of item on it but inside just plastic beads.Posted from the far east, not London.
My bank refunded me ,scam site.

When complained to their email address they said they will look into it,of course nothing happened....

False advertising, cheap product. I purchased 4 x 'The Deluxe Norfolk Pine Garland'. It looked amazing in the ad on Insta and so realisitic. What arrived, over 3 weeks later(!), was cheap, plastic, bright green, hard foliage - nothing like the pine and nothing like the ad. I immediately complained and requested a refund. After lots of back and forth, they said I needed to post the product all the way to China to get a full refund. I eventually did this (at the cost of £23!) And they're still offering me partially refunds "as a gesture of goodwill". Never buy from this company, they are total cons.

Delivery nearly 4 weeks missing the event ordered for. Wrong size item sent. Very poor quality garment. Customer service poor. Still no refund/return offer for wrong item. Misleading branding, this item has not been made in UK.

Ordered a Christmas garland, thought it was coming from uk, but no china waited 2 weeks then was out for delivery but the door number was wrong which I didn’t realise, so was not delivered to me and sent back, they would not refund me or return my order to the right door number, so lost my money.

A scam lost £17 on foundation. Cream

Terrible - I received a set of three badly fitting bras from a Facebook advert. I feel totally scammed as I thought i was buying from a company based in London, but it was too late once the sale had gome through. Please do not waste your money. Absolutely terrible, I'd have given it minus star rating if this option was available.

I placed my order on 10th November 2025. It is now the 27th November 2025, and I have STILL NOT received my order. This is the worst turnaround time I have ever experienced. After sending emails and trackingny order daily, I have no idea where it currently is. The massive time lapses Ausbury have post payment is pathetic. The amount of times I have tracked this package and seen absurd updates of "Awaiting documentation" or something to do with their paperwork has been received. I absolutely have NO interest in their admin processes and turnaround time within this organisation. Somehow, in this entire transaction, the concept of delivering the ACTUAL package, and placing customer service above all other processes, has become a distant memory! Perhaps this review will result in management getting Involved.

Absolutely disgusted as ordered 2 sets of Christmas tree lights and after placing my order I gad an email stating it was packed and on its way.......over 3 weeks later still waiting and can't put the tree up until they come. Will NEVER order again from them as doubtful they will ever turn up.

Do not use this company - ordered pumpkin garland. Arrived 3 weeks after ordering. Really not worth anywhere near £25! They are not based in London and their address appears to be a car park!

Thought I was buying from a UK based company. Has a UK web address & called Ausbury LONDON!
Items arrived about 3 weeks after placing order so I realised then it couldn’t be the Uk.
They are no way the sizes advertised.
I had to e mail to return & in all fairness they offered to send more at no cost but in a bigger size. The size I had was the biggest they do so I asked to return for a refund.
Polite & prompt emails but I’d have to return tracked at a cost of nearly £9 when the items cost £17.
Not worth the hassle.
Don’t bother shopping here-you are NOT shopping in the UK!
Wish I’d read the reviews independently & not the ones quoted on their webpage!
Very misleading!

Not based in London. Poor quality, you have to return to China at you own high cost. In our case China customs held the package waiting for information from Aubury which was not forthcoming. Package returned to us 3 months later. Aubury very unhelpful. Avoid.

Really really poor! Awful customer service, mis-sold and misleading! Do not buy from here at all, fake products and very poor quality. I placed an order for a rose quartz rollerball castor oil bottle which isn’t supposed to leave a sticky residue. What I got was a plastic roll top product with some form of liquid that leaves an awful residual behind once applied to the skin.

Tried to contact customer services, didn’t get anywhere. Threw product in bin.

Fake advertising via Pinterest too.

Just placed an order , shopxwas apparently closing down so items where reduced, also advertised as Royal Mail fast track. As soon as I placed my order I waited for my Royal mail tracking number , I was more than a little surprised when it was coming from China, I have definitely been mis sold and scammed. Although it did seem odd when I was trying to pay for the goods that it was trying to get me to add other things in my basket at the end, no good authentic retailer would do this.

I bought 3 pairs of trousers, size 16/18 and the were more like a size 14, I wanted to return these but it’s impossible as the address I had for the website was actually a food place and the other one I was given was extremely long, checked it out, and cannot be found. I paid £60.00 for all 3 and you lose either way because they only give you half the refund! Don’t use these people!

Do not use this company! It is not Aubrey London, but a company using their name. They are based in China. The items will be a very low quality version of what you see online. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is trading as Aubrey London, but they are definitely not a London based Company.
