I made deposit for two homes I was interested in. When the auction was final, I was not the successful bidder I asked for a return of my deposit. After several attempts I finally received the check, the check was dated January 25 but I did not receive it until March of 25. I deposited the check and it bounced and I've been ghosted auctions com ever since.
Scammers! Their auction showed 1 bid remaining to meet reserve. The bid was submitted. Website still showed reserve not met. That house was at 250K on a market value estimate of 259K, How would a human bid that on a house you can't see inside and you have to force an eviction on? HOW???? ... Auction added on another day. These are not auctions. They use bots to boost the amount and continue to show reserve not met when properties are being sold above market value. I watched one sell 2 days ago in South West Jackson in no mans land for 55K$ and the auction ended still showing reserve not met. You can't give houses away in Alta Woods. Home invasions with AKs. Total joke. Stay away from this site!
