Avoid, cars are not checked, comes with major faults, gearboxes and mechanical faults that will cost you £1000s to get fixed. Cars sell for retail money so why bother anyway. Even if your desperate look elsewhere

I had an issue with a car, I must admit was my fault, but nevertheless, they went that extra mile to help.
I have been using this auction since 2008 and always find them helpful etc.

I had bad experience with this auction.Many vehicles on a4c auction had significant issues that were not accurately disclosed. The descriptions and condition reports were shockingly inaccurate, making it impossible for buyers to make informed decisions. This lack of transparency wasted everyone's time and led to frustration.
Poor Customer Service: The staff's attitude was appalling. They appeared disinterested and indifferent towards customers' concerns and inquiries. When approached for assistance, they were unhelpful and dismissive. It is disheartening to see such a lack of respect for potential buyers.
Overall, my experience at this car auction was immensely disappointing. The disorganization, inaccurate listings, dismissive staff, shady practices, and poor vehicle quality left me feeling cheated and disillusioned. I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before wasting their time and money at this car auction. There are certainly better options available that prioritize customer satisfaction and honesty.

Excellent company to deal with cars are well described and if there is any problem it is dealt with quickly and efficiently by the all of their professional and friendly staff
