The auction really messed up the delivery. They may not deliver your goods because they choose a poor service, no one will contact you, and if you do not pay for delivery again, they will confiscate it in accordance with certain Swedish laws that you will not understand. It is useless to correspond with them, their feedback is rude, and they do not want to communicate in a friendly manner! They only threaten you with penalties and confiscation, as they are clearly not interested in solving your problem. If you are planning any purchase and do not live in Sweden, consider the risks.

Even though it was about a complaint about an 18th Boulle-type fireplace clock - France and I initially thought they wouldn't help me because it was a "small defect", I am very happy with the solution to the problem :) my day became sunnier despite the autumn weather in the country

I have bought 3 items from auctionet. Everything went fine with thefirst 2 items. The 3rd item - a lamp bought for more than 6000sek(700 euroes) - is still not delivered. Even though it was picked up at the auctionhouse 6th of october. At the same time I have not received any messages concerning the delay (?) - nothing at all. Have tried to write and call, but still have had no answer.
Status 24.10: This morning I get an email, saying they will contact the tranportportteam in order to find out where my lamp is, and get back to me "as soon as I can".
Status d.29.10:Finally got an update. It seems like the lamp is more difficult to send than I thought, and because of this it takes longer

The item was as informed and packed well enough, but the delivery was unacceptably slow: it was sent only after I had to ask why I was not given a tracking code as normally is, a whole three weeks after the auction (and I even did not get any answer to my query, only a machine-generated note on delivery). My earlier experiences with Auctionet are immaculate, so this one was a most surprising one and hopefully a rare exception.

I received a broken piece, no response from Auctionet after various mails and calls. You cannot position yourself in the first league price-wise and then have this awkwardly bad customer service. What a pity! Not recommended.
14.10.2025: Auctionet Support reached out and offered 120£ compensation for a broken frame that easily costs 400–500£ to replace. Which kind of art auction plattform excludes frames and does not mention this explicitly upfront? What do you insure the transportation for?!
