Auction Houses fees are also very reasonable especially compared to other auction companies.

Great All Round

Back in September last year, myself and two other executors are having to sort out an estate and sell two properties.
I got in touch with two agents as the properties have to be sold at Auction.
I met Lukas Chetwyn from Auction House and l knew straight away he was the right person for us to use to sell with.
He has been the most amazing helpful person I've ever met, he has gone above and beyond with all the things he has helped us with and he still is as it's not been a straight forward sale.
I would highly recommend Lukas 100% every time.
