Excellent service!

My husband and I were bidding on a property in the last auction but sadly were beaten with the bidding by someone else. However we were so impressed with the way the auction was done and the communication we received whilst interested. Alex was very prompt at responding to our email queries and assisting us with our registration and he was very knowledgeable on the viewing we attended. We will definitely be looking at buying more properties soon!

Sold 13 houses through auction house…

Sold 13 houses through auction house Copelands and found the service excellent. Achieved higher than anticipated sale prices and was kept informed all through the process.

This was my first experience selling a…

This was my first experience selling a property and the staff at Auction House Copelands could not have made it easier. Their knowledge and professionalism was outstanding and very reassuring. The livestream auction on the day with a member of staff simultaneously on the phone with me was both helpful and exciting and I was absolutely thrilled with the result of the sale of the property.
