It hasn't been the easiest decision to sell a loved ones property via auction, but we have tried the estate agent route and it was very stressful people pulling out last minute ect .
From the start Romilly was brilliant, communication was really good, and offering timely advice around a situation we have no experience in.
Obviously we don't want to find ourselves in this situation again but if we did we would definitely use them again 10/10.

Romilly was a pleasure to deal with on a tricky transaction. If the review was purely on service received, it would be 5*.
What was frustrating was the inconsistency within the auction pack. Completion was delayed by 5 months due to the contract provided in the auction pack not including part of the land being sold - which it transpired was never filed with land registry. Surely this should have been picked up prior to listing.
We then incurred an additional £3500 charge for the seller's legal fees due to the original solicitors incompetence.
Overall, I'd definitely still buy from them again.

It was my first Auction purchase. Romilly at Auction House was not only keeping me updated throughout the process, but she was available for any of my beginners type questions, from the go. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable with my purchase so I’ve gone from feeling cautious to looking forward to purchasing my next property with Auction House. I also found their fees very reasonable in comparison to some other Auction companies. Do check the buyers fees in the legal pack though - which were also low for my property.

I contacted the team at Auction House UK in regard to an old auction property hoping for some information to add to the history of our house. Although the property was sold by a different company, Romilly went out of the way to find anything possible for me. I was provided with as much old documentation as possible and so quickly! Less than 24 hours from my initial contact to the reply.
