The property sector is full of people who cream money off you at every stage and deliver poor service. I am very pleased to say I have had the opposite experience with Auction House Manchester. Having tried to sell my property first via a Cash Buying Company and then via my Lettings Agent (disasters), I went with Manchester Auction House, having researched the auction market carefully. Rachel and Evie have been fantastic. They are prompt, professional, courteous, realistic. On auction day I was very nervous but it was extremely well managed and I was very fortunate to have a number of bidders who far exceeded what I expected on price. I have sold a number of my own houses in the past but never through the auction process. It was my brother's property which had become run-down and he was justifiably anxious about putting it up for auction. Dean, from The Auction House, was open, frank and realistic from the start and gave me great confidence throughout the process. The turn-around was efficient, prompt and the advertising to prospective buyers was impressive, attracting a number of interested parties. Although I was concerned about the reserve price being worryingly low, Dean was correct in his prediction as the property sold for more than half as much again. My brother was delighted with the outcome. I highly recommend Dean and his team and I would have no hesitation about using The Auction House again.

Highly professional service. I was given a key contact or account manager and they were pro-active in keeping in touch and advising on progress. My property went through two auctions (it was in a terrible state). In the first auction it didnt reach the reserve price, but second time around it went for a price beyond highest expectations. I am very pleased with the outcome and happy to recommend this company. An auction can be a daunting experience, but Auction House gained my trust and we had a happy ending.
