A positive experience with Auction House North Wales. Dan Lawrence was easy to deal with and very responsive to my messages when I had queries. Good support from the auction house prior to purchasing the property, eg telling us about finance options and how the auction works. After our bid was successful, the service from Dan at auction house was fantastic. When I was having difficulty with the mortgage lender and solicitors, Dan contacted the relevant people promptly to help progress the sale. He was always readily available and professional. It was very useful to have his work WhatsApp number - communication from start to finish was great.
