1. Statistical Proof of a Mechanical System: The Risk Team's final correspondence claimed my account demonstrated a lack of a "systematic and mechanical approach." This claim is completely disproven by the official trade history log. Over 14 days of trading, the account achieved a 72.7% win rate (16 wins, 6 losses) with a flawless 0.00% Daily Drawdown and 0.00% Total Drawdown. A "gambling" or random approach cannot mathematically maintain a 72.7% accuracy rate while entirely protecting corporate equity from a single pip of negative drawdown.

2. The Leverage and Margin Paradox: The firm's risk team stated that it is "impossible to enter a trade where margin is already at 80%." However, Audacity Capital publicly markets and provides 1:100 leverage on Metals for the Ability program. My 1.0 lot XAUUSD trade cleared seamlessly within the broker's technical server parameters. The firm explicitly admitted in writing that no technical margin call or stop-out occurred, and both positions closed immediately in net profit (+$122.00 and +$286.00). Punishing a trader for utilizing the exact purchasing power provided by the platform—while admitting the trader fully controlled the risk boundaries—is an operational contradiction.

3. Vague, Unquantified Definitions used to Deny Payouts: While the firm publicly markets that the automated "Consistency Rule" has been removed, they utilize vague terminology like "Lot Size Misuse" and "Gambling Behavior" on their website without providing any precise numerical limits or maximum lot-to-account ratios. This lack of defined, mathematical thresholds allows the compliance team to apply purely emotional, retroactive judgments to deny payouts on accounts that successfully cleared the automated dashboard tracker (where my Consistency Score passed at 55.46).

The data proves that I fully respected every visible parameter, protected their capital flawlessly, and executed a highly accurate system. I am sharing this case study to inform the community that meeting 100% of the platform's quantitative goals may still result in a denial based on unlisted, subjective interpretations by the firm.

Hello, I would like to ask for help. I sent my data for verification a week ago, but I still haven't received approval ID:7435 , So I contacted support but still no answer.

I purchased the 5K Ability Challenge account on June 8, 2026, during their anniversary promotion. The payment of $17.50 was successfully deducted from my bank card, and the transaction is fully visible in my Audacity billing history under Payment ID: 61181 as "Processing".

However, today is June 11, and it has been over 72 hours, but my account has still not been activated. I have opened multiple support tickets and sent emails with my official bank receipt attached. First, they told me they didn't receive the money, and after I provided the proof, they said my case was "escalated" to the relevant team. Since then, I have received zero updates and no MT5 credentials.

This is a terrible experience for a trader. If you cannot automate your system or manually link a clear payment within 3 days, do not sell challenges. I demand an immediate manual activation of my account associated with Payment ID: 61181 or a full refund.

I am extremely disappointed with Audacity Capital. I achieved a profit on my live account (Account ID: 184060) and requested a withdrawal of $151 via USDT (TRC20). However, my payout has been stuck on "Pending" for a long time, and the support team completely ignores my messages. No one replies to emails or chats. They are quick to take your money for the challenge, but when it comes to paying out the trader's hard-earned profit, they disappear. Do not waste your time and money with this company! They do not respect their traders.

The support is not good as other propfirms, and the account will not be active for couple of hours after you buy it.

If you cant deliver just 5k account logins that i purchase ontime what shows that you will give me payout if pass this challenge ,dont buy from this firm !

Max losse is 15% and daily lose is 7.5% no other firm provided this feature.
No consistency rule, payout on that day.

Even after payment (sending usdt ) to their wallet adress , they were still unable to verify my payment and after 2 days agreed upon refund and said within more 3 days it'll be done . But today is the 8th day of no refund received they have now started to ignore my messages and mail that I send to them . It's very cheap behaviour of this company. This company is fraud and no one should ever buy this company's challenge because they'll never give payouts

They didnot pay me 504.39 usd and banned me immediately from discord.

Update 10th june

After exchanging some messages with Audacity today, I gave the risk interview and everything went well. They will now reconsider the matter, and I may receive the payout. I will provide updates accordingly.
