WARNING TO TRADERS — Audacity terminated my funded account claiming DD breach when my own dashboard showed only -4.18% drawdown — clearly within their stated limits.

Paid for their evaluation. Passed. Then got terminated on a rule breach that their OWN platform's numbers don't support.

No clear explanation. No timestamps. No reference balance provided. Just a vague claim with zero transparency.

This is exactly the behavior that gives prop firms a bad reputation. I have full screenshot evidence and am pursuing a bank chargeback and Forex Peace Army complaint.

Do your research before giving these firms your money.

The risk reviews is a little abnormal

Based on my experience, the account review duration at this Prop Firm is excessively long and inconsistent. The payout process also lacks transparency, as there are no clear status updates after a withdrawal request is submitted. In addition, the support team’s response time is extremely slow, making it difficult to resolve issues efficiently.

What is particularly concerning is the number of payout rejections without detailed explanations. On top of that, the firm frequently runs heavy discount promotions. Patterns like this are often considered early warning signs of potential cash flow issues within a Prop Firm.

I strongly recommend that traders carefully assess the risk management and operational transparency of this firm before deciding to join.

I agree with Hassan Kamal Siddiqui in that they are a perfectly crafted scam. They give the illusion of the possibility of being able to earn money, but set the parameters so that you are more likely to fail. I've tried their challenge and its a joke. Using their program just add more stress and pressure to the trader, with little to no wiggle room. After wasting 1500 on 2 funded accounts i just use my money on a regular platform with less stress, better payouts for time invested and less money wasted. ITS A MONEY GRAB, PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

A good prop firm with trading rules designed to guide the trader towards trading success. You have to be patient and willing to follow laid down rules to really enjoy this prop firm.

They have been around much longer than most prop firms, and they have evolved pleasantly over the years.

I had a great experience working with Audacity Capital and their funded account program. Their evaluation process is clear, fair, and designed to identify real trading discipline. What I liked most is their transparency—no hidden rules, no sudden changes, and fast communication whenever support was needed.

The funding structure is also very trader-friendly. Once I passed the challenge, I received my funded account quickly, and the dashboard made everything easy to track. Withdrawals were smooth, and the team was always professional during every interaction.

Overall, Audacity Capital has proven to be a reliable and serious prop firm. I would happily recommend them to any trader looking to scale their trading with a trustworthy funding partner.

Complete scammers, fraud, only here to terminate accounts. have some shame.
My daily drawdown was done, but total drawdown was not reached, still they Terminated my account.

On February 4, I received a funded from this prop company for 120k, earned 3050 k and put it on withdrawal. A few days later, a letter came that I traded in the news (although the support asked and said that it was possible to have a screenshot of the correspondence), in the second letter they replied that trading in the news is not important, and it turns out that I had a prohibited trade like Ticks, I do not know what it is and that I was sent warning letters about prohibited trade on January 28 and February 4. These days in the mail I have letters from this company only about passing the 2nd phase of the challenge and getting a funded account, respectively. The letters in the mail are all saved, I didn't delete anything. After such a brazen lie and blocking my account, I wrote them a reply letter, but they just ignored it.

Payout process is bit late , you they pay you 101% so go for it

Guys don't waste your time trading with AudaCity, it seems to be a scam. They never payout. I have never seen a Propfirm that take 5 days to give a phase 2 account after passing the first one. And when you pass the phase 2, they will look for any reason to refuse the funded account, and when you get the funded account, you will never be paid. Just warning you fellows. IT IS A SCAM

I've been with Audacity Capital since Feb 2025 until now. I've reached 3 targets and got 3 payouts so far and I'm satisfied.

The only downside in my opinion, is the process of account verification and payout witch take more than 3 to 5 business days sometimes.

I'll give 5 stars but reduce please the verification and payout time. These process are too slow. You can improve that.

I'll get straight to the point. I made several mistakes, and the Audacity team was understanding and really helpful. I even received my payment promptly. Support was always there. I absolutely recommend everyone to buy challenges from this company; it's a very serious company.

I just finished the first stage and had a highly positive experience in every aspect – highly recommended!

My evaluation was flagged for "Tick Scalping" even though i used standard scalping and followed every rule I understood. The only issue? Some trades were under 2 minutes- something their system automatically punishes without considering context
or intention.
This experience made me question whether the evaluation is truly designed to asses skill or simply to disqualify trader's over technicalities. It's extremely disappointing to invest time, money, and effort only to be rejected by a rule that isn't clearly
explained or fairly applied. I hope they rethink this process, because right now it feels more like a trap than an opportunity.

I believe Audacity is a genuine propfirmation, fair to traders. I participated in the challenge and passed. Before being granted a funded account, they reviewed and warned me about some unsuitable trades that I avoided repeating, but they didn't use that as a reason to deny funding. I compiled and successfully drained my rewards from Audacity.
I rate it 5 stars even though I wish the dashboard was more informatic and professional.

Everything good

I’ve been trading with Audacity Capital and overall my experience has been positive. The firm is transparent about its rules, risk parameters, and evaluation structure. Everything is clearly explained upfront, and there are no hidden conditions. That level of clarity really matters in the prop trading space.

In terms of legitimacy, they operate professionally and payments/processes are handled properly. From my experience, they are a genuine prop firm and not one of those questionable operations you sometimes hear about.

I did blow my account, but that was due to my own trading mistakes — not because of any unfair practices from the firm. The rules were applied exactly as stated.

The only improvement I would suggest is reconsidering the 2-minute minimum trade duration rule. If that rule were removed or adjusted, it would be much more flexible for traders who use fast execution strategies.

Overall, a solid and legitimate prop firm. 4 stars from me.
