quality customer service, fixed my log in problem within 24hours.

Based on the support that I have received and the general performance of the software its not a product that I would pay for long term. It certainly has issues and these are causing me a lot of time and manual effort to correct. I did reach out to support but they don't seem interested,thus my advice is if you do go ahead with this software only take a month at first. Based on other reviews its pointless asking for a refund as they do seem quick to take your money but unwilling to address problems. I have now removed this application now and are using another which is preforming miles better.

Gets detected as a virus/malware from Bitdefender, be careful, I would not recommend downloading it

Decided to purchase this software outright! At first worked fine with exception to locating/specifying a directory to save the files. The selector did not work - only by clicking on the displayed folder window did another window come up with a list of folders and a chose option above - the folders denied access to the main and user folders although they were shown as 'shared' - using the chose option was the only way to get to send to a chosen directory. Asked for help, told to uninstall and re-install a 'debug' version which, when downloaded, was advised that an update was available and when tried that, Apple OS refused to install as could not recognise and to contact the seller! All in all, for all the supposed 'positive' responses, the fact 'they' sent me outdated links to fix the problem and repeated focus on 'their' refund policy, leads me to believe that the problem was not going to be fixed and neither would a refund be issued! Have since sourced alternative 'similar' product and works fine and as it happens, a lot faster that Audfree did! Thankfully, purchase made using PAYPAL!

There seems to be a lot of bad reviews but idk why I’ve had a great experience with them. I bought the Spotify converter. I accidentally bought a license for windows which was stupid cos I have a Mac. I emailed support and they got back to me in like 1 day maybe even the same day and sent me a new license. Then the other day I got a new laptop and emailed them saying it wasn’t working. They said it’s because the license is only valid on one laptop, they said however they will send me a new license anyway for free. So far amazing support for the Spotify converter. Great company!

Review for Tidal:
Software/app has many issues.
If lossless is selected some downloads are flac, some are m4a (lossy) sometimes it'll stay in flac though.

If you download with "artist/albums" folders: Albums with multiple artists will have their own album folders- meaning you end up with multiple folder albums that could have just 1-2 songs for one music album.
Some songs require you to download twice because first time it tries and fails and skips it.
Tidal: Masters (MQA) recordings cannot be downloaded.
Support is present and prompt but app is too unrefined to efficiently use.
Update: flac downloads have diminished and they're only m4a (lossy) now- not acceptable so requested refund (and cancelled subscription). Refund was denied- filed a claim with the credit card company to get my money back. Buyer beware.

All I can say I had trouble with my licenses as they were on an old pc that died and I tried to re-use them on my new PC but they failed. They re-instated them in less than a day, very impressed with the rapid turnaround. The customer service was second to none.

Fast response from support and efficient
for a good product

As mentioned elsewhere, it detects that you're not using a supported browser and you can get no further.
When I contacted support, they said others were having the same problem (not helpful!). Two months later and it's still broken. Waste of money.

The Amable app no longer works as Amazon detects that you are trying to open your music library in an unsupported browser. Don't waste your money.

Very unhappy. Five days trying to get app to work for Apple Music to no avail. They sent Debug Software which also doesn't work. Told them I wanted a refund and got a message to "read our refund policy" only refund if software doesn't work. Well Duh. It doesn't work.

I was very pleased with this application when I first used it, but the main reason I purchased it was so that I could access music in hospital facilities that do not allow internet access while undergoing testing and diagnostic procedures. Nine days after purchasing a yearly subscription for both iOS and Windows platforms, I am unable to convert more than one minute of a song. There is no fix on the app's UID, no contact phone, and only a generic customer support email address. The site does not publish the terms of its service level agreements.

I cannot in good conscious recommend this application to anyone who has other than a casual interest in compiling playlists.

this soft looked great on youtube, but did not work for me on my laptop, windows 10, 64 bit.So I contacted them and explained and they did all the necessary, thanks Cassidy, to make it work. It is a easy to use, foolproof soft and works seemless with Tidal.
