Went to Audi-Retrofits to get power folding mirrors, front sensors and reverse camera fitted on my A3, around a week ago. After back and forth on emails and quotes, he booked me in, and prices are better than what's out there and he definitely knows his stuff, and he's polite and friendly. Took him around 3 hours to get it all done. Highly recommended.

Had reversing camera fitted to my Q5 by Bart just under 2 hours. Left him to get on with job. Service excellent. Price was the best out of 4 quotes £320.00 supplied and fitted at my home!

Really poor company!
Item came, was fitted and didnt do what it said on the tin! tried numerous time to make contact via email/ facebook etc. In the end asked for a return/ refund and then got silence so having to make a claim back through credit card!!! Very poor service!!!

Arranged to have apple car play installed on my Audi Q5 by Ash at Audi Retrofits at a price of £550. After paying him the £300 deposit his communication became very poor. I turned up at his unit as agreed and as I opened the door to his unit I witnessed him trying to rip a wiring loom out of the back of a car and at this point I should have turned around and drove the 140 miles back home. Anyway in a nutshell he damaged the trim around the centre console whilst fitting the car play and when I got home I removed the MMI unit and fan control panel to see what type of a job he had done. To my horror it had looked as though he had literally thrown the car play kit in and rammed the units back into the dash. Very poor job and can definitely say I won’t be returning not even for a wiper Blade change. Do your self a favour and pay someone who knows what there doing.
Gem in the world of crooks
Went to see ash for an issue that no one could have sorted. I took it to 5 other garages and no one could pick up the issue. He picked it up straight away. Really nice guy, honestly knows his things. If you have any Audi needs go to him he is the best.

I went to see Ash at audi retrofits today to get my old style halogen rear lights updated to the slightly newer LED versions. Ash done an amazing job in a very short time!, Ash was friendly and is extremely knowlegable and helpful. I will defiantly recommend him and if I ever need something done again I won't hesitate to use Ash.
AUDI Retrofits Cowboys
I made contact with AUDI retrofits to sort out a volume issue I had with my Bluetooth. Their website looks quite professional and glossy enough with lots of photos but the customer service is far from that. I got told that the diagnostic fee will be £50 and that was reiterated when I got an email from them which was quite curt, abrupt and borderline rude...no manners, no courtesy or gratitude for custom. I also enquiried about getting some tail light upgrades which I was told would cost £300 but was then asked to pay £150 into an account as a deposit?!!!! That just sounded very suspicious to me and I was not about to pay money into an account for someone I had never met, I declined having the lights done and said I will go ahead with having the Bluetooth volume looked at. I made my way to the appointment I was given and arrived at this dingy, backyard premises that I literally had to squeeze my car through a whole heap of junk cars to get there. I initially thought I had the wrong address as there was no one there but when I called AUDI retrofits and told them I was at the premises but their didn't seem to be anyone there, I was told they had 'forgotten ' about my appointment and if I didn't mind waiting someone would be down as soon as possible. 'Ash' I believe his name is, then said it will be 40 minutes before he got to me and I could grab a coffee at a nearby costa coffee while I waited for him to turn up! Cowboy outfit, avoid at all costs!
