Anders Glintborg Harbo was great to work with and really went above and beyond to satisfy all costumer needs, starting from greeting, knowledge about cars, and fast answers on emails even outside of working hours.

A couple months ago the family purchased an A4 Avant. It is a maximally comfortable car. The price is also very attractive. Another big plus of the Audi company is their support after the purchase, as I am an inexperienced driver.

Worst workshop experience
I bought an A5 (2021 model) that needed a software (GPS) update.
After 3 days of keeping the car in the workshop, they failed to run the update, and returned the car in the worst undrivable shape, taking no responsibility whatsoever, and asking 50,000 Kr to change the entire computer!
Absolutely absurd, right!! Voyager 1, 50 billion km far from earth could be updated remotely. Audi Amager couldn't even run a simple software update on their machine.
I brought the car to a local Audi workshop, and in one day, they successfully updated the software, which costed me 1000 kr!
I will never step into Audi Amager.
