I said I would report back. This is a scam. This company do not deliver. They take your money and fail to respond to any communication at all. Read the other reviews here and they all say the same thing. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are scanners. Like a fool I saw a Its a Wonderful life bell. I paid nearly £14 through PayPal in Jan. They didn't mention it was coming from USA tracked to Birmingham then nothing more. They say they have sent a 2nd. No tracking. No idea where it is. Emails constantly saying to wait its on its way. Ive asked fir refund. They won't until it arrives which won't happen. I know now I've been scammed & won't receive it.
Stay well clear.

I would give a minus if possible . the hoodie is falsely advertised . its not a hoodie material. its a polyester stretch material that is poorly sewed together so you can see every hole .
customer service is awful offer no reasonable solution then just ignore you

I placed an order on 19.12.25 & I'm still waiting even though they tell me they've resent it & it's still in transit! It was not clear at the point of order that my order was being sent from the USA. The responses to my enquiries are prompt & polite enough but that is not helping me get my order, they just repeat "wait a few more days".

Placed an order and amount was £14.93 and the receipt also stated this. However my bank statement states they took £18.66. I have requested a fraud dispute as I did not authorize this amount

Flimsy do not fit impossible to get on. Waste of money. Not good enough for charity shop.

We got what we wanted at a very reasonable cost but it took about 8 weeks to arrive and too late for the purpose for which we had made the order. Customer service responded quickly to our requests for updates and said they would ask the freight company to hurry up. They sent regular emails saying (after nearly 2 weeks) that the order had been processed in Texas, then 2 weeks later that it had arrived in Birmingham UK. It took a further 4 weeks to crawl the 150 miles or so to us.

Don't even bother!
Ordered an advent calendar on 15th November, it arrived yesterday 23/12. Nowhere does it say its coming from the US and that it'll take forever and a day to get here.
Tracking is absolutely awful.
Wrote to customer services and they told me to basically wait for it and I will be happy with it?!?! Clearly the whole idea of an advent calendar being opened on 1st December was missed by these people.. My son was so disappointed and he wasnt even that fussed about the content.. Would never use again!!

Unless you like receiving an item that doesn't match what you ordered then I'd avoid at all costs.

I ordered something at the beginning of September and it has still not arrived.
I have emailed the company 7 times asking for a refund.

AVOID THIS SITE... THEY ALTER YOUR ORDER TO FIT IN WITH THIER STOCK, THEN WHEN THE ITEMS DO NOT FIT THEY BLAME YOU FOR ORDERING THE WRONG SIZE..... THEY THEN GET DEFENSIVE AND TELL YOU TO GIVE THEM TO SOMEONE ELSE, THIER REFUND OFFER IS A COMPLETE AND UTTER INSULT....... DO NOT PURCHASE OFF THESE PEOPLE

This company are fake.
They have a fake tracking email. Kept me waiting for weeks for items that didn't exist. When they couldn't take payment, they cancelled the item which by this time had arrived in Cambridge uk...not!

This company is a complete joke. My order never arrived, and when I contacted them, they blamed the shipping company instead of taking any responsibility. I’ve been waiting 28 days for my items with no resolution.

I really wish I had read the previous reviews before placing my order.

Parcel has never turned up, if you email you will just get a generic email response, there are a few, but they soon start repeating. Now still fighting to get my money back. Appalling service.

Like all other reviews this website is a con! DO NOT USE.
They advertise wonderful looking items on Facebook.
I ordered 3 tops, they arrived and their sizing is incorrect.
They refuse to acknowledge that this is not true to size. The tops were supposed to be a UK 18 and they’re more like a 14.
They refuse to refund. I’ve tried a bank chargeback and because I paid through PayPal as a guest I have to go through them! I dont have an account with PayPal and i can’t dispute it via email as they don’t advertise a contact us email address!
As others have stated you’ll be offered £2 refund then a £4 but the item is of no use. I can send back to them in china at my expense- I don’t think so you can artists.
I will not give up on getting my refund, I will get it through my bank eventually as these Chinese are trying to take over the world in supplying cheap crap to folk and taking our money. Again please heed advice and DO NOT buy regardless of how lovely the items look in their adverts.

Never ever buy from Audienceg. The customer service stinks.
I ordered a pack of 3 bras for £14.99 and they are no use for me as they do not fit. The straps are too short- not stretchy and cannot be positioned over the bust.
I asked for a refund and they first insulted me by offering £2 refund and suggested I sell them on. I said no- as not fit for purpose. They then offered me £4. I still said no- I requested a full refund. To date I have been told only £4 they will offer me.
I have never dealt with a company that has a problematic returns system.
Do NOT buy from this outlet.

I have read lots of other negative reviews on this company too. I am going to take them to the media next.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful experience. Ordered from a .co.uk website, only when order was finalised did it become apparent the items were coming from America. When they eventually arrived they were total tat and did not resemble the size ordered. Contacted them to return and they offered me a £3 refund to keep. Refused as they didn't fit so why would I keep them. Then told me it would be too expensive for me to return them as I'd have to send them to China. Pointed out the return address on the package was about 10 miles from my home, they kept insisting they had to be retuned to China. They have now stopped answering my emails. DO NOT TOUCH this company.

When I placed my order from FB ad my bank immediately flagged this up and called me. The amount differed from order and my credit card was then blocked for the transaction and cancelled by bank, to be replaced. I sent an email saying cancel order. I was then sent numerous discounts to continue with order, which I ignored. I removed item from basket and now I am being told it has been shipped, with a link I have not used. Annoying I fell into this.

Terrible company, firstly they hid their name when order placed, so under the impression that a different company was involved. Goods when they eventually arrived were not too bad, although not as advertised. Delivery appalling as package was just dumped in my garden, even though small enough to put through letter box. When complained, comments totally ignored. Do not have anything to do with this company.

I bought an item from this company and got a cheap rubbish one and definitely not as advertised and doesn't work correctly either. I asked for a refund and was offered £2 which was later upped to £3
I asked for a full refund as it was not as advertised and was told I could get a full refund if I paid out of my own pocket for the shipping to China. When I ordered the item I was led to believe it was coming from the USA. That I presume is why it took weeks to get here.
AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
