I've tried a bunch of the popular music and effects platforms - even the AI generated ones - and I've found Audiio not only made it easy to find the exact thing I was looking for, but also had a diverse array of artists to choose from. Some of the other subscription platforms have a feel to them where everything sounds the same, which makes all the projects sound like it's just one composer using the same sampled instruments. I've had great luck with Audiio. I should also mention that I can't agree with any of the customer service complaints here. The agents I worked with were quick to respond and very helpful.

The music on offer is really broad and offers so much variety, and they have multiple ways of searching which makes finding the right track much easier. The customer service for me was very quick and professional which is great because you can't cancel your subscription within your account easily. Many companies have a simple process of clicking a button to cancel your account when you want, but here you do need to go through the process of emailing customer support. You can't even remove your payment card from your account without adding a new one. That was what made me hesitant, but as I said, the support team are quick to reply, very professional, and they impressed me, so I stayed.

I’m not a heavy user, but I always find what I need on this platform. Where they truly excel is in communication and customer service. Every time I’ve had an issue or concern, it was resolved within 24 hours. I’ve tried other platforms, including some that charge over $1,000 a year, and none of them match this company’s dedication or commitment to building strong customer relationships.

If you have used Audiio Pro, you should verify that your payment token was actually deleted after canceling your subscription. There is no proper Delete Card option, so removal depends entirely on contacting support manually.

Why This Matters:

Stored tokens can create an ongoing financial risk even after a subscription is canceled. In my case, my card issuer (Isracard) confirmed that the retained token created an Active Financial Risk (Standing Authorization) on the customer account.

What You Should Do:

Contact Audiio support and request written confirmation that all your stored payment data has been deleted.

If the token is not removed within 24 hours, notify your bank or payment regulator (for example, Stripe).

I’ve been using Audiio for over three years now, and their music library has never let me down. Whatever style or mood I’ve needed for a video project, I’ve always been able to find something that fits perfectly. The newer voice features also give me more room to experiment and bring something extra to my work.

I had a small issue recently and contacted their support team. They replied within a day and sorted it out straight away. A very good service all round.

Having used many other music services, I think Audiio is one of the better ones out there. While their AI search and Linkmatch feature isn't always very helpful, I always find the music I need for my videos eventually.

The quality of the music is good, created by real artists (not made up names, like some other services). I've found some songs on here that actually ended up on my Spotify Wrapped!

Also, being a composer myself, I appreciate Audiio's business model, where the artists retain 100% ownership of their music.

The site always continues to add new songs and i love how u can download the different tracks within a song giving it more flexibility. The SFX library could be improved though!
