Der Verkauf von zwei HiFi-Artikeln an die Spring Air GmbH (auch audioankauf.de genannt) war eine sehr unbefriedigende Erfahrung, die mich frustriert und betrogen hat. Die Logistik hat funktioniert, ich habe ein angemessenes Angebot und Versandetiketten erhalten. Aber als die Ware ankam und sie überprüft wurde, war alles falsch. Sie sagten, die Fernbedienung sei beim ersten Mal beschädigt worden, weil noch Batterien drin gewesen seien, was ich bestritten habe. Als ich darum bat, das Gerät zurückzugeben, war es bereits bei einem Drittanbieter! Ich bekam ein schlechtes Angebot und dann hatten sie die Frechheit, mir die Überweisungskosten in Rechnung zu stellen! Das zweite Gerät gefiel ihnen nicht, weil sie nicht wussten, wie man es benutzt. Das haben sie zurückgegeben.
