Great audio books ,decent prices, however when they offer a book series, I wish they would have all the books in the series available

I have used other audio book clubs but I’ve found AUDIOBOOKSNOW to be the best audio club.
The only set back for me is I would like a choice when selecting a book on my account “ browse” section so that I don’t have to go through iPay when I prefer PayPal! Other than that... no complaints!

Some downloads i.e. "Dune" contained corrupted files that when played caused a very distorted listening experience. Also " The Naked and the Dead will not play on the player and is not available for download. thus a wasted purchase.

I am enjoying my membership thoroughly. I do wish to see more main stream options but all in all I can't complain.

Prices are good but why are the books chopped up into 10-minute blocks instead of by chapter? And I have had some where some of the files were messed up and played at the wrong speed, even when the rest of the files in the book played fine.

It was good until the last book I bought and emailed about it messing up and it being over a month still have not heard anything back

Great selection @ good price.
Would to see a rewards program where a regular buying gets a free book after buying a set quantity.
Books I like are never on sale.

I like the way they are always recommending different books that are to my taste.

Good prices, not an evil monopoly corporation like Audible(owned by Amazon) but selection could be better.

The selection is excellent, the downloading process is simple, and customer service is fast, courteous and always helpful.

Would not work in my 2006 Lexus, despite all of my time consuming efforts. Other book apps work fine.

Such an amazing app. Straight forward so it’s easy to navigate, the best prices I’ve seen on audiobooks and the best part is that what you pay for is yours even if you ever decide to cancel your membership. You can use it on any device and the membership perks are great too. I’m very happy with it and anytime I hear anyone talk about audiobooks I just have to put my two senses in to it lol. Keep up the good work guys. Faithful customer here for sure !!!

Very good selection and easy to use. Would like to see some better prices, then people with tighter budgets would download more. I drive for a living and love the longer unabridged novels.
