Extremely simple and fast process to get and return the audio guest book; great, clear and prompt email communication; excellent price; rapid access to our recordings and free service to improve their quality - what else could we have wished for!!! The provided battery was enough for the entire day, our guests loved the simplicity and nice look of the phone. We were a bit unsure about using this company because it was so much cheaper than other offers, and there were no reviews. However I cannot fault them. The product arrived as expected with updates on delivery. The set up was easy and fun, and the instructions were clear. The option to send it back was easy, but you can also have it collected. We loved getting our digital recordings back, and when there was an issue with the delivery of the USB (Royal Mail, not audioguest) the customer service team were quick to respond and rectify the situation. The second one sent out was recorded delivery and updates were provided. We were so happy with what we got but even more impressive was the customer service! I hope this review helps them get more orders!

We used audioguest for our wedding and loved the result! The videos were amazing and memories we can enjoy over and over again. Big thank you to the support team who were so quick to respond and troubleshoot, delivery and pick up was all taken care of and set up was also super easy. Can’t recommend them enough!
