I can highly recommend Audiokauppa.fi to anyone inside EU or even outside EU, like me. I live outside of EU and just received my order. What a pleasant experience! They have amazing products, excellent/responsive customer service, fast shipping and competitive prices listed with or without VAT depending on where you are! Although this was my first purchase from this store, my experience of more than forty years buying music and audio components leads me to conclude that it is a totally trustworthy website. I bought an item from ten years ago and they sent it to me brand new. The secondary transport was not good, however the local transport was correct at all times until it arrived in Spain.

Ordered a ceiling speaker from them for the first time.

First they confirmed with me it's one speaker not a pair, in case I ordered it wrong.

Then the grille was missing from inside of the package. They replied my email immediately and delivered it the next day.
