Sent broken product took a month to get money back and had to pay for shiping. Never buying again.

Well, they do have a plethora of speakers and other relevant products - I guess they just seem a little unprofessional about their work.

I bought a pair of Edifier speakers in December. The speakers emitted a strange sound so I decided to send them back.

My specific experience with the company as a whole has been a little rocky to say the least, as they never seemed to be very interested in informing me about my purchase in full detail. It took me two weeks to get where I wanted with my return; to receive an eligible shipment label to send the speakers back. In early January the speakers arrived at their location in Poland, but I didn’t receive my refund confirmation until February.

Communication with Audiomagic is quite lackluster. You can concoct an email with several questions about your purchase, how to ship a product back to them or the like and they seemingly go out of their way to avoid replying to all questions. Maybe one or two, but they are very… concise in their replies. If you have multiple questions, don’t expect them to reply to all of them within a single email.

All in all, I guess you could purchase from them if they have something you just have to get, but generally speaking, I think it would be better to turn to a local retailer since returns and communication would most likely be a lot easier to manage in real life rather than over e-mail to a foreign company where customer service isn’t at the forefront.

I've tried twice this week to buy a set of speakers from this store. The first time though it appeared on their website the speaker was not available. That's fine, disappointed but we move on. The second time I pay for the speakers, everything seems fine and then, the next day, I get an email saying that this store charges "per speaker" ! You really couldn't make it up. So they go on to say that this is the standard in Poland, but they do change the website information on the speaker I bought to reflect the new price which means it didn't even make sense to them. This isn't the end of our tale. They go on to try to sell me this ex demo set of speakers for more money than I can buy them from the manufacturer brand new (with free shipping !! ). So my advice, unless you live in Warsaw, don't buy from these people online. They are time wasters and their website is full of out of date and misleading information.

I bought a DAC/preamp; Topping D90SE from audiomagic.pl webpage (audiomagic.eu) paying with Paypal which was easy (you can chose english web interface). 2 year guarantee on the product.
It was shiped to me in Denmark by GLS in 5 working days at the cost of 10 us$ - that is fine.
In Customer Service on mail they answer back in 1-2 days in excelent english. I even experienced a mail dialogue at some point. That is dedication ! Google the shop address. Stylish and Hi-end design shop in Warsaw. So far it is a shoping recommendation from me. Obviously repair service and handling are not part of this review and remains to be seen in the future (hope DAC works and lasts forever). By the way; D90SE is worth all the money: Clean, detailed, transparant, very dynamic,.. just like the review tells in audiosciencereview.com (if you buy one, use profil 5 as set off). .......I can add now that I have later bought a stereo amplifier; Topping LA90 with the same excelent customer service from that company. I can only recommend Audiomagic.eu to all in EU especially in Denmark where Topping products are not to be found i HI-Fi shops.
