You are the worst business ever you have my bank info I contacted you 6 times about why is it free I had 23 days left I just paid for it. I branded my youtube account same name poof down to free reached out to you nothing. You guys are getting reported and i don't care theft scam artists
They have an interface that makes it confusing and you upload the same thing twice and they count it as two uploads even though you delete one. Also they upload and count it as part of your quota but even though YouTube reject it for exceeding daily limit of 50..which incidentally I hadn't anyway.
Wish I'd used some other distributor to YouTube.
I've been a customer for 4 years now. Honestly, it use be best firm ever. But now this is day 3 of not been able to get access to sign in page or my account page to upload audiofile. I cant tell if the problem is on my end or audioship site is down etc. I have contacted the support team via email, but in vain and till today no reply at all. This is shocking and i am losing hope and confidence with audioship :(
Audioship used to be brilliant, but this year I've had nothing but problems. MP3s won't upload and there is very slow reply to enquiries (currently on day 5 waiting for reply to current problem). I don't know if it's a problem my end or theirs, but without a reply from them I can't do anything about it.
I logged in to my account through the audioship site, after trying to upload my MP3 file i lost everything, when trying to go to the email, or go to youtube, it says “something went wrong” its been like this for a few days and i lost hope that my account will be normal…

If I could give this company 100 stars, I would! In an age where customer service is hard to find, Audioship delivers and delivers FAST. My technical support person got back to me in minutes MULTIPLE times. Gave me the guidance I needed to post my audio recording with my own thumbnail on YouTube in less than 24 hours.
