Manager beware!
The equipment I bought was excellent, as was Ade the assistant who I have dealt with before. However the man I suspect is the manager has a real condescending attitude to anyone who doesn’t know the ins and outs of hifi equipment. I know the type of sound I like and I go to a specialist retailer to be guided which Ade does magnificently, but I have to say, if it was just with this other man, I would have gone elsewhere!

Excellent service from the Brighton Team
Very happy with the service I received from the team at Audio-T. Adrian was especially helpful and arranged for my Rega arm to be returned to factory for a rewire. This was done promptly and my 10 year-old Planar 3 is now performing like new again. Many thanks for the excellent support.
