A tidy amp that looks stylish in my room on top of the paired CD. The brushed metal look is much smarter than black. It is solid and well built and performs very well across the breadth of my wide and eclectic music tastes. The remote control looks plasticky and could be more refined. It is quite nice to use it to turn the volume up and watch the rotary volume control on the amp turn as you press the button. Input selection is easy with a cycling selection from the push button on the front. Headphone socket and Aux2 3.5mm stereo jack input bypasses the Aux2 input on the back. Handy for plugging a phone or tablet into if you need to. There is space for me to extend to a streamer in the future. Currently Aux1 takes input from my phono stage and Aux2 from the CD.
