DONOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM AUDMALL. THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER, OR REFUND. NEVER RESPOND

I ordered the Bee Venom and used only once and it irritated my skin...when I wrote to them requesting a return label after 4 emails they still haven't responded! then I looked on their Return section and it says we do not issue refunds once the items have been delivered!

If I could rate this company a zero I would!! I was scammed out of $70!! I think this company uses pictures of products from legitimate companies for orders and customers never receive correspondence or product!!

I have sent emails with order number and dates of clearance from my bank…they received funds on fake order sites. So sad but a lesson learned!!

I placed an order with this company for 2 puppies, one for my grandson and one for my great grandson. I NEVER received my order. On February 19 they contacted me stating my order was delivered which was 8 days sooner than the original date. When I contacted them they stated according to their delivery department it had been delivered and I should check with my post office and my neighbors which I also did. They gave me a tracking number to give to the post office which they said would solve the problem but it didn’t. The post office said that particular tracking number is not used by the USPS. When I emailed them this info I received a generic email stating they were sorry but because they were in formed of the delivery date there was nothing else they could do. Eventually they stopped responding to my emails. For those of you who received their puppies, good for you. I’m just wondering how many people DID NOT receive their puppies. As far as I’m concerned this company is a scam!!!!

After reading more reviews I cannot believe this company can keep getting away with this. I wonder what the BBB would have to say about this company? They should be shut down!!!!

I have never dealt with this company before and will never do business with this company, it has been a very expensive lesson, and their email:support at audmall.com is fake, I have numerous returned to sender email when I attempted to contact the audmall. it's $79.69 education, and what's with their "Compostable packaging" for $1.96?

I agree with the review posts that I have read. I wish I had read them before I put my order in. I put in an order and still have not received the order. Just like in post 2, I went to the tracking sight recommended “Shop” and was told that my order had been delivered, which it had not been. I too sent emails through my direct email and the email was denied which led me to believe that this company is a scam company and I can kiss my $35 good bye. I will also let my bank know not to allow this company to remove anymore funds from my account to this company. We have enough problems with finances in this world today without scam companies getting rich by taking money from innocent people. So I say:BEWARE, DONOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM AUDMALL. They are a scam company and will take your money.

This company seen to be unreachable. I placed an order totaling $39 and some change with shipping added. The next thing I know they are charging me $79 and some change. So right away I emailed them to cancel my order. Within 15 minutes after ordering and seeing the price shoot up. The emails kept coming back to me as not delivered. I have emailed them 10 times without no response and returned emails undelivered. The next day after ordering I look at my account and see 2 more transactions of $51 and some change each. For what. I tried to cancel and now I am getting charged without my approval. I had to contact my bank and report them with fraudulent. My bank is one of the greatest when it comes to investigating. These days you can’t trust companies, especially online. Be careful everybody. Everything that looks exciting may be a fraud. I learnt my lesson. Check reviews 1st. Most of the time true people will tell their truth to keep you from making the same mistake.

Placed an order with them and have not received it. I got a little concerned when the tracking they used said my order was placed a month ago. I sent an email, and did get a response when asked, and they said for me to give it a few weeks. It has now been 3wks and when I send email, it comes right back to me as an invalid email. I'd say hold onto your money, and find your product elsewhere.

I placed an order with this company. The tracking on Shop showed tracking from date of order on 3/21/1015 and the tracking ends on 3/31/2025. I have attempted to contact this company several times from their website with no response yet. I also sent email to company from my direct email and I keep getting an error that the email cannot be delivered try another option. At this point I advise via their website if I don't hear from them in the next few days I will request a full refund from my bank. So buyer be ware regarding placing an order with this company.
