Domotique lights:

Each time we loose electricity, the lights are all desynchronized and we need to reprogram all over again. It defeats the purpose of it cannot keep the program and align with the time on the network when the electricity comes back.

There were never any upgrades to the app on the cell phone so after 4-5 years nothing has improved to a point the old mechanical clock system plug in was better because if we loose electricity just for 5 secondes, the clock would still work… as with the Aukeyhome system, the program is all over the place. No way we can leave the house on vacation like that.

We bought this machine some weeks ago and the experience was really good so far. It is useful and we are cooking more dishes here than with the oven.
No complaints!

The Aukey customer service is the worst. I have contacted them within 4 months of purchase. It has been another two months, and they still have not offered any refund or exchange. Worst off, they have emailed me back and forth for nearly 2 months while I provide photo and video of the broken machine.

Aukey goes under various names, be careful with buying their products!
They ran an Indiegogo campaign in the Spring of 2021 for a mini air fryer called CrispX.
They sold a bunch of units and kept pushing the shipping date further and further and further away. Only now in October 2021 did SOME people get their units and many are complaining that it takes HOURS to cook basic things. Others have said it won't turn on or quickly turns off. Aukey Home promised a warranty, yet those who had a problem with their unit are being ignored by Aukey. They also did "giveaways" but did not deliver the product to the winners.
The names they go under are Aukey, Aukey Home, and AHome+. They are currently running a new Indiegogo campaign for pans called Peek8.
I would never trust this company again. It is appalling that with what they did with the last campaign that they are running a new one. Can any of their claims be believed? They do not have a customer service phone number, they just give an email address, but ignore your emails. So if you think you're going to get a warranty, really, think again!
