Order #13438 :)

This site isn’t what you think it is. I personally ordered a cardigan (order#13438) on 24 of September and still no response on where it’s at right now. When I ordered it I clearly saw it said (in stock). When purchased I didn’t get a mail saying it was a pre-order, it said ”delivered, on it’s way”. I didn’t receive a tracking-number or anything like that, after mailing them they answered me and said it was a pre order. My mail didn’t say anything about a pre order and is at this moment very inconvenient, My mail about a refund hasen’t been answered, a cardigan when winter is creeping up? You think I planned for that? Don’t know how they manage to have a new dropp when people still hasen’t received there orders from the August dropp around 2 months ago according to every comment section on their socials. Don’t buy here until they fix this matter and Aumille! Please answer me about this, I really want some answers or some sort of explanation why it was so messy ordering from you guys. Have a wonderful day!

Service was solid

Service was solid, just seemed like they were super busy. I’m happy with the jacket I got, definitely go for the slim fit if you’ve got skinny arms. Shipping was decent, could be a bit quicker, but I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Never got my order

Placed an order on the 2th of September. Sent an enquiry via email the same day. Sent another email regarding lack of shipment details, and the fact that i have waited for over a month. Never recieved a reply to any of my emails, and have still not recieved my jacket (16th of October)…

Update 7/11: after i left this review, they sent me an email saying that they’ve lost my parcel, and they would send a new one. The new parcel have been stuck in Belgium since, and weirdly it has the same tracking as the last one… and no; it was not a pre order

Long delivery time and bad costumer support

Delivery times are very long. Customer support does not respond. I finally received the product after almost a month. All in all, however, it was not a very positive experience with this shop.

Die Lieferzeiten sind sehr lang. Der Kundensupport antwortet nicht. Ich habe das Produkt dann nach fast einem Monat doch noch erhalten. Alles im allem aber eine nicht ganz positive Erfahrung mit dem Shop.

I ordered a jacket on September 21st, but I still haven’t received any shipping confirmation—only the order confirmation. I’ve tried contacting them via email multiple times, but I haven’t received any response. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service.

Do not buy their products

Do not buy their products. They do not send the goods but collect the money. Afterwards they do not answer phone calls or mails.
I was supposed to receive a mail with shipping details. 3 weeks later I still have not received anything.

I have lost my money

Hello,
I ordered a cardigan on September 20th and it still hasn't arrived. I've contacted them, but they haven't responded.At this point it seems I've lost my money so I recommend not ordering from this site.

I placed my order (#13229) on September 20, but I haven’t received any shipping confirmation or tracking number yet. I’ve sent an email to your support but didn’t get any reply.

Also, I noticed that your shipping policy mentions delivery only within Europe, but I live in the United States. Could you please clarify if you actually ship to the US and when my order will be dispatched?

I ordered a coat on 27th of September…

I ordered a coat on 27th of September Saturday and didn’t receive an email confirming my order. So I have emailed the company and had no reply from them at all about when my order will be shipped or if I am able to track it. I understand you offer pre orders but this states it will be shipped middle or end of September and we are now in October, this seems like something I should have been told about. It is also been 4 working days and no shipping info has been sent to me when checking out I was told 5-7 days shipping, times overall and that I would find out about it being shipped within 3 days. Which has not happened . I would like clarification on when this will be sent as you have replied yet I can see in the products description all orders shipped within 1-3 days which seems rather misleading once resolved and I receive my coat I will be more than happy to modify this review. It also states pre ordered shipped end of September/ middle. 13/10 and still nothing I have received a shipping label but this hasn’t changed for over a week.

Lack of communication

I order a green puffer jacket and its been nearly a week. I have yet to recieve any news regarding my order. I’ve send an email their way but there hasn’t been any response yet. I most certainly hope i hear something soon for i am getting a little worried.
