I wanted to return my order at the 3 month date because the Amla did not help as advertised. My request for a refund as they promised was honored. I complied with their requirements for the return and my refund was prompt.

I had a heart attack and 2 strokes in April 20276. I had been on Lisinopril and Amlodipin for 2 years. I was suffering with the headaches, dizziness,muscle aches, memory loss and other side effects of those drugs. Then I heard about beet root and Amla. I don't like taking drugs. Since I had the side effects anyway, why not?! I got out of the hospital in May of that year. My doctor wanted to add Losartin
I said no. Since then the.dizziness has stopped, no more headaches, no cough, no brain fog, no tiredness. Glad I found you

I have found every experience with AUNIVA to be absolutely fabulous… Their customer service is top-notch when there was some confusion with my order(on my part!)…. They took care of it right away, and I cannot recommend this company enough..

It was convenient through the entire process of placing my order. We realized that the shipping address was mistakenly incorrect. Even though the product was shipped to that address, they shipped the order to the correct address so that I could receive my product. I asked a question about cost on site, and shipping to Alberta, Canada.
The answer came very quickly, so I ordered the 3 bottles.
Hopefully they will make it across the border safely and quickly.
I noticed that there is an automatic refill every two months. Certainly hope that the product is worth continuing past the first 3 bottles!

One fault with the actual ordering system is the address input.
I was putting in the address and it over rode my address.
It should have been as follows

I ordered the pomegranate and was looking forward to trying it. Then I researched my medication and possible adverse reactions. I found taking my blood thinners and using the product could possibly be a problem.
I contacted the company and explained my issue and Sarah was kind enough to help and cancel my order and refund my money immediately.
I can’t tell you how the product works but I can tell you the customer service is outstanding! Bravo

Prompt service

I made a purchase just about 3 months ago. There was an issue with the original shipment that I never received and they graciously replaced it immediately with no hassles or questions asked. Inadvertently a second shipment shipped which I contacted support again they allowed me to return it, gave me a full refund and canceled any further auto shipments, again with very little hassle and were very accommodating. After my 90 days unfortunately I had to take advantage of their no questions asked 90 day returns in that too was seamless and hassle free. Although the product wasn't what I expected the customer service from these people was above and beyond. So I give the company and their customer service a 100% rating
