It is such a shame that the pretzel is quite expensive and the size has significantly been cut down from what it previously used to be. This is a very very disappointing taste has also been compromised. Used to be so doughy and so nice but now but such a disappointment now I would not be buying any longer.

Queensgate, Peterborough store refused to give me my Too good to go order despite showing my proof of purchase and order. Was promised contact from manager but am yet to receive anything. Out of pocket and no order. Very disappointed 😞

"Auntie Anne’s is hands down the best place to eat—always fresh, always perfect!" My all time favourite place to eat. Staff is super friendly. They make fresh eveeythjngwhile you wait even the waiting is not much. My childeren loves the mini hot dogs.

So amazing and there is this unc and the shop and he is very nice

the sticks themselves taste very nice but the price on the board was £4.95 and charged us £5.95! i am livid aboslutely fumming.

Every time I’ve purchased food from the Watford Harlequin branch it’s been at best Luke warm, mostly cold but definitely nasty, they never accept my taste card either even though others do + they use the same excuse every time that the computer system is down! So much bull comes out their mouths it’s intolerable to hear anymore, don’t waste your time being fleeced buying this junk food, that will leave you dissatisfied anyway cause it can’t even be prepared right

I was given 2 vouchers for £1 off and got ripped off as the prices say it's £3.30 for a flat white coffee And £3.30 for a cuppachino but I got charged £5.60 when it should have been £4.60 for both with the prices displayed digitally in the restaurant which is against the trade description act as it states. If the price is advertised as what is charged different they have to charge you the lower price that's advertised not the price they say even if it's charged prices since this happened in the county mall Crawley restaurant

Absolute rubbish shop because of the attire and staff who don’t care about their customers every time I go to Watford branch and ask them to get the points on the app they said it’s not applicable in this branch you have to go to Brent Cross which is a bit annoying so I stopped going on this shop in Watford specially don’t waste your time and money

Awesome Food. We came to High Wycombe Eden's store. The lady in the serving is super nice & extremely helpful in recommending what we should try. The Cheese & Jalapeno Pretzel & mini dogs are a hit. Highly recommend them

I need to say first that I often go to Auntie Anne's at ILAC Shopping Center as I absolutely love the delicious cheese nuggets, and I NEVER ONCE had a problem with any of the staff, who are usually very nice and smiley.
But the young girl attending this morning has been rude..

When I arrived, I saw that she was baking on the back side, so I just said "hello" just a way to let her know of a customer, she answered normally "just a second please".
As I was aware that she was on her own and still baking, I came to the side where she was baking so she wouldn't have to stop the task she was doing, and asked when would the cheese nuggets be ready (as there wasn't any cooked yet), she said 5 mns.
So I said I was going to come back, and to let her do her task, I went to "jump juice bars" meanwhile to get a smoothie.
When I came back, as I didn't see the cheese nuggets, I asked to the girl to just give me the sausages nuggets, again, so that she wouldn't fell pressured working.
Blimey..
She huffed and puffed grabbing a cup of cheese nuggets she had on a side saying impatiently "it's ready it's ready."
And as I paid saying thank you, she impatiently again said "please next time give me a second."
I told her I DID NOT rush her, the prove of that is I went to juice bars precisely to give her tine, and I was ready to get sausage nuggets instead of the cheese.

What I'd like to say is that I perfect understand she was on her own, and I myself work as a deli assistant, so I KNOW how difficult customers can be..
But I was NOT rushing her.
Very disappointing service from Autie Anne's, which never happened since I have been buying there at ILAC..

I am extremely disappointed that a company with such a great product can be so laxed with their customer service. I have been here twice before after opening hours to be told nothing has been ready yet.
Croydon Centrale location says it opens at 10am and so I arrive at 10.45 am. I start by calling her and by the 3rd call I realise she's got air pods in and this is why she can't hear me. Then when I start banging the window and finally get her attention. From where she is standing - at the sink - she asks me what I want.
Then proceeds to tell me that nothing will be ready for the next 20 mins. Without an apology and a smile on her face as if this were acceptable, which it is not.

We just had the most amazing treats at Auntie Anne's in Crawley! 🥨✨
Their cinnamon stixs are sweet, warm, and absolutely irresistible 🍥💖 And don’t even get me started on the cheese and jalapeno pretzels... spicy, cheesy goodness that’s simply to die for! 🌶🧀🤤

If you're in the area and craving something comforting and delicious, I highly recommend stopping by. Lovely, hearty food that hits the spot every time! 😍🙌

Good food and used regularly,just what was already cooked so have tried a variety of things. Most recent visit yesterday had ordered and just waiting for food to be bagged when family of 4 came in and were assured by person on the till that it was all halal and he wouldn't tell anyone it was halal if it wasn't. I'm shocked and disgusted,I prefer my food a little less tortured I won't be eating there again....I didn't even know this was a thing I needed to check, I feel like I've been tricked into eating something I don't agree with,I feel physically sick

I purchased the biscoff bites, expecting them to be seen as advertised , I was super hyped to try them out. To my disappointment , the biscoff spread was at the bottom of the cup, bearly covering any of the bites. Over priced and under delivered for what was shown on the advertisement.

Derby store, staff are welcoming and happy to help.

So I wanted a plain pretzel from the stall at my local retail outlet village. The menu board says you can have a plain one with a dip. I asked for a plain one. Assistant said you can’t have it plain we have to put salt or sugar on it. I asked if they could just do one without. Apparently not. So I didn’t bother.

Made me wait for 30 minutes just to get their most ordered bread. That is unacceptable!

I go with my grandson every Wednesday , he loves the mini pretzels, but I have noticed the amount off pretzels in the carton have reduced this past number of weeks . It's a pity because they are not cheap

The staff at the High Wycombe shop Called Rupsee was very pleasant and the coffees was perfect, I cannot complain about the food as was quite tasty, the only off putting thing was.. the enormous price, two sausage pastry rolls which is basically what they are, with 2 coffees cost over £17.50 I could get a jumbo sausage roll from Gregs the bakers for £1.99 and a coffee for £2.99. My wife then wanted the 6 cinema donut sicks in a bag nearly £6 woow, I can get 3 bags of donuts for this at Sainsbury. so all in all, yes the food is pretty good as far as fast food is concerned. for a treat ..but the cost, was over priced. ahh and the pots of dips was extra!!
