My cat and I are very happy customers

My cat was constantly scratching his face/ears to the point of losing fur. We had been to the vet a few times and they recommended a dermatologist and an elimination diet.
He's an extremellyyy picky eater, + doesn't like eating the same flavour over and over, so I knew an elimination diet would be super difficult.
This is why I tried Aus pet food intolerance. Figured it's worth the risk if it could potentially give us answers right away and save $$$.
Super simple process and received results pretty quickly. Pdf was easy to read and saved on my phone to look at whenever I need.
Turns out my cat has quite a few intolerances which I've now eliminated from his diet. But I've also added variety from the foods he can eat.
6 months on he's a very happy kitty, with a beautiful fur coat and I'm so thankful I didn't have to go through a big process to sort it out.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I got this test for my little milo as he was having some issues (horrible farts and hair thinning in some places). I thought it could have been a food intolerance. I thought I was saving money and doing a less invasive test for my sweet boy. The test took 3 weeks to get the results and I had to follow them up constantly. The test advised he was allergic to chicken. The one thing I had him on which seemed to help settled his tummy and have less negative effects. I removed it from his diet and gave him beef. He had such a negative effect that he had to be rushed to ARH in Homebush NSW. The vet advised it was an allergic reaction. I have since gotten professional advice and have milo on hypoallergenic food kibble while we do the elimination diet. When I first ask for a refund they gave me spiel about how the test doesn’t test allergies. Nothing about checking on milo or if they would proceed with the refund. I have to respond advising about the money back guarantee. How I was not asking for the 400+ I had in emergency vet bills. Just the 85 I had paid for the test to be refunded. After I threatened to go to the ACCC they provided me a refund. (Which as I write this review I am still waiting for it to enter my account). Please If you get this test check it with your vet before you do anything with your fur baby. If I read something like this I would have never trusted them with my milo. My sweet boy.

I’m impressed!

Almost immediately after paying for my test, I received an email with simple instructions - send in some dog hair. Just a $1.20 stamp and a couple of days later they emailed to say they had received it. And in a couple of days I was emailed the result- a detailed list of what was tested for, and the level of sensitivity. I’ve been able to eliminate a couple of key highly sensitive items that doggo was getting regularly. Time will tell if it helps his skin irritability, but he is on medication at the moment for it. I emailed through a list of questions when I received the results and these were answered promptly and thoroughly. I’m impressed!
