Fake products

Oh wow. I ordered Joysprings Mood Munchies for my child and they took over 3 weeks to arrive. What arrived was a fake copy mood snacks made in China. I emailed aura using their link and it has bounced back. Just googled them and have now read all the similar reviews! Avoid at all costs!

FAKE PRODUCTS FROM THIS WEBSITE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Ordered Tarte under eye corrector from this website.
The order took weeks to arrive, obviously from China. Got them today but the makeup brushes were flimsy and kept coming apart, and there was no branding from Tarte on the product.
I think this is a fake website selling fake products.
The product is substandard.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. YOU WILL BE SOLD FAKE PRODUCTS.
I will notify TARTE of them also.

UPDATE 04/02/26
Contacted Tarte, and they were concerned that people were fake selling their products. They planned to investigate by passing the information to their specialist team.

Fraudulent company selling fake items

Ordered a L'Ange hairstyler from this company. A fake unbranded item arrived from China weeks later in battered packaging. The company has not replied to my emails. Wish I had read these reviews before buying.

Scam

Scam. Don't bother. They advertise genuine articles, but send cheap imitations. Reported to Facebook and Amazon.

They are selling counterfeit products

They are selling counterfeit products. Not the products in the pictures or on the website: the items come from China, not UK or USA and the branded items advertised are not available. They give an email to contact but don’t answer. Unable to do a chargeback as they have not given me a return address that’s legitimate. The one on the site is not theirs. Lost £24.99. Reported to trading standards.

Do NOT buy from this FRAUDULENT…

Do NOT buy from this FRAUDULENT company. The items listed on their website were NOT the same. They used pictures from a namebrand company, had those pictures on their website obviously pretending they were in association with that company. I received the items way after they were supposed to be delivered. The fake email on their site wasn't working, they have no return address. The items packaging had contradictory instructions and was clearly fake yet they refuted my banks claim stating the items were delivered and STOLE almost £42.00 from me. This "company" needs to be exposed and the people need to be arrested

Fake product

I ordered 2 Dr Melaxin balm sticks which took 3 weeks to arrive and they were fake. It was £25 for 2 sticks and I have checked the ingredients and they are completely different to the Dr Melaxin ones

Fraud Products and Unresponsive for Return Process

AVOID THIS SITE.

So I actually purchased the product on 8 September and only received it much later on 23 September which was odd considering that I had assumed I was buying from a UK website.
The listing showed the genuine product with authentic-looking reviews, but when it arrived, it was clearly counterfeit and unbranded. The packaging was damaged, so I didn’t open it and immediately requested a return. The seller initially responded and asked for the reason for return, which I provided along with photos. They were very unresponsive to multiple follow-up emails. When they finally provided return instructions, they gave me a Chinese return address, even though the parcel itself shows a UK return address.

It was very telling of their fraudulent business practice that I was asked to cover the international return costs for a faulty and misrepresented item. I wasn’t going to let this slide if they continued but they refunded me the money anyway.

Regardless, PLEASE AVOID THIS WEBSITE ‼️

Do not buy from this website

Do not buy from this website. This website is a fraud. The products they send are not the genuine brand that they advertise. They are fake copies of the real brand, all mailed from China.
I've sent them an email to get a refund, but I don't have much hope as it's a gmail address.
