Sy did everything so well! She changed my call from cancellation to a two year renewal. She understood the product, was able to explain things I didn't understand and wouldn't have gathered from the Aura website or app, and just generally was one of the best customer service calls I've had in a very long time. Not only was Sy knowledgeable and competent, she was very friendly and polite. Truly, she's a fabulous representative and ambassador for your brand and your product.

In trial period cancelled my subscription, got charged anyway. Had to call a premium rate phone number to request for refund. Agent could not resolved my case had to call a supervisor to aprove my refund. Since than nothing. Will calling them latat again.
When log into my account can not do anything it says my service is cancelled, renew to use it. Avoid to use them scammers!

Today I had the pleasure of working online with Christopher with Aura Technical Support. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and gave easy to follow instructions to get my VPN location information to once again work on my Aura account after repeatedly disconnecting. My subscription auto-renewed, and I canceled the same day without using the service. Aura refused to refund the charge, which felt unfair. Be very careful with their renewal policy.

I keep getting spam calls but I think it's my phone, it's not the easiest to set up phone screen protection but once I got it fixed I haven't gotten nearly as many spam calls and emails and texts. It's worth the money, just make sure you cancel in time because yeah they won't tell you but it's kinda your responsibility at the end of the day

Aura is worst monitoring service, they ask you to get hear subscription and if you cancel they will not refund. Stay away from these fraudsters ....don't do anything and customer service is worst with no knowledge of anything.
Unfortunately have stay with them till Feb 2027 and they are forcing me to be their customer. Not sure if it is legal in state of north carolina. If someone aware please let me know if something can be done

Cody was excellent at patiently excavating my credit card issue. We conferenced several times with the credit card issuer. He walked me through every recommended step I should take from freezing credit checks to filing an FTC complaint. He was thorough and very patient. Outstanding customer service.

Aura charged me for a subscription renewal without sending any advance notification. I was not aware the subscription was renewing and only noticed after seeing the charge on my credit card statement.
As soon as I saw the charge, I acted immediately. I canceled the subscription online right away, but there was no option to request a refund through the account. I then called Aura customer support the same day to request a refund.
This was done well within Aura’s stated 60‑day cancellation/refund policy, yet the process was not straightforward and required additional effort on my part. I should not have had to chase a refund for a renewal I was never notified about.
The lack of renewal notice and the difficulty requesting a refund was very frustrating. Based on this cancellation and billing experience, I would not recommend Aura.

This response is misleading.
I already contacted Aura the same day the unauthorized renewal appeared. I canceled the subscription immediately and requested a refund well within the stated 60‑day policy. Despite this, my refund was denied.
Your reply suggests this is unresolved or that I failed to take action. That is false. I followed your process exactly and was still refused a refund for a renewal I was never notified about.

No refund option was available online after cancellation
Customer support denied a valid refund request
Based on this experience, I believe Aura’s billing and cancellation practices are deceptive and unacceptable. I strongly suggest others avoid this business altogether, as this experience felt fraud‑like and misleading.
I stand by my review and do not recommend Aura.
My complain finally was resolved and refund processed as it should have! However, I am not removing this review as a warning to other consumers.
