Extremely Disappointed with AuraDecor – No Refund, No Response

I ordered from AuraDecor and faced a deeply frustrating experience. My shipment (AWB: 768952012442) was delayed, and the tracking link didn’t work. After one vague reply blaming air disruptions in Mumbai, they completely stopped responding—ignoring my follow-up messages, voice notes, and calls. Worst of all, they never refunded my money.

This kind of unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability is unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding this brand.

They don’t shipped my order and customer service never responded to my email.

This is such a fraud company.
They first gave me a wrong order, that too delivered so late.
There is no formal way to initiate a return.
I called their official number, some guy says he’s on holiday (this was said to me on Sunday and Monday) and to call some other guy.
That guy is clueless and said he’ll handle this when he gets the time.
They made me call them for 3 days and didn’t even initiate a return request. When I told them that I even mailed to initiate return, the man from the official number said but if there’s no one to read emails, how is anyone going to read it.

I’ve never come across such an unprofessional business. Please be warned before you plan on purchasing anything through this company!
