MOST DEFINITELY ZERO STARS and I don't actually know why Trust Pilot doesn't give that as an option.

Disgraceful company with zero customer service. I purchased items from them on 21st November which arrived just before Christmas and so I sent them an email saying: "I am rather dissatisfied with my order which only arrived last week, even though it is still showing as not delivered on the Track Your Order on the outletaurafior.com website.

Furthermore, I don't a[[ear to have ever been provided with an order number and neither was there any paperwork contained within the parcel.

But regardless, my issue is as follows:

I had been of the understanding that these items were genuine Ralph Lauren, which they quite clearly are not.

Furthermore, there is no way that the Gilet is an XL and regardless as to what it says on the label it won't go anywhere near fitting me.

I honestly cannot believe that I had been waiting for this order to arrive for a month.

Please can you let me know your returns policy?"

To which I have not received a solitary response so now I am going to have to speak to my bank to see if they are perhaps able to make a claim on my behalf as having spent over £250 with these rip off merchants I will not just allow them to rip me off without putting up a fight.

This is the first time I have ever bought clothes via Facebook promotions and it will definitely be my last.

I just wish that I would have googled them before making my purchase as seeing the reviews I would never have wasted my money but we live and learn even if it is just so frustrating that companies think they can just rip off innocent members of the public.

I'm actually surprised that they send anything out at all but I know that if they do bother to respond then they'll no doubt say that it's too late to return the items.

No contact telephone number on their website and only an email address listed stating "We aim to respond within 24-48 business hours" when I have already been waiting for 14 days.

Business days perhaps but 24-48 business hours is a new one on me.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY TO PURCHASE COUNTERFEIT GOODS.

I wish I had checked reviews of this site before ordering. I ordered 3 outfits (leggings and sweaters). Couldn't wait to get them cuz they were soooo cute looking. Unfortunately thats all I did...wait and wait and wait. Finally got notified that my items had been delivered to my PO box. Well that was a lie. I never received any package and now can't get hold of anyone at the company to help. TOTAL SCAM! Im usually more cautious about buying things on line, but yeah...these guys got me!

Complete scam, stole my money never sent the items + when I try and contact them now I've ordered my items the website it 403 forbidden.... I've been waiting 2 weeks and can't contact anyone for a refund. Also I get warnings from Google when I try and open the website saying any personal info entered on the app can be stolen by attackers.

The product arrived very quickly and it’s perfect!

Odd too isn’t it that the company advertises 4.9/5 for client satisfaction on its Insta. It’s a shame there isn’t a zero stars option.
This review is simple. Avoid them. It’s the same old adage, if something looks too good to be true it almost always is.
What makes this disappointing is that all they are doing is deepening the mistrust of businesses that trade online and ultimately hurt those who do so legitimately.

This company a scam luckily I paid by credit card they never send your goods stay clear

don't look as original polo but still could be nice, but size M is like XS . Don't west your money and time. Contact with them is impossible.

Ordered a jumper and gilet (Polo) from this company from Facebook. Waited 2 weeks for the delivery only to receive the wrong size, too small. Poor quality, nothing like Polo or like the images in their advert. A complete shambles, don't deal with this company.
