Installation is simple, with two options: You can use the included adhesive backing disks to mount them on any flat surface, or using screws, you can more permanently affix them to walls. They are powered by 3 x AA batteries, so there is no need for complicated wiring. Once they are installed, they can be angled however you need them. To manually control them, you can press the power button on the lamp to activate white light mode and continue pressing to cycle through red, green, blue and a final press will turn it off.
