The instant this advanced Motion Activated Security Light senses anything passing within a 4m radius of its sensors, it throws out a powerful beam of white light. The light will remain on long as there is a presence in the beam, but automatically switches off 20 seconds after movement ceases. The light runs on three AA batteries (not included) and its three super bright LED's are so energy-efficient they provide approx. 100,000 hours of life. This light was exactly what we were looking for at a very reasonable price. We have a dark area at the bottom of the staircase and this light just fits the bill. This area now lights up at night before you reach it so much safer than before. The light is nice and bright and is not obtrusive in any way. I would recommend for this or similar situations where lack of sufficient light is a safety hazzard.

Does exactly as described. Insert 3 AA batteries and the unit is ready to go. Installation is easy with the adhesive patch or screws. If you have an area without a handy power source that requires illuminating when there is activity this is ideal . The unit’s motion and light sensors are very effective.In complete darkness a great light. A definite safety improvement.

We bought the unit for the side entrance to our house which is very dark. It's practical for security as it emits a great light, also very handy for finding keys to the door. Excellent value.
