This is the WORST online shopping experience I have ever had. Prior to ordering, I checked that I could get a full refund, as I have never ordered anything from an IG post. It said full refund within 14 days of return. During the time it took them to process the order (weeks), they changed their policy to store credit. Total scam!

The dress arrived weeks later than the 5 business days promised. It has no tags on it, which are "required" to return. The fabric quality is horrible (feels like a synthetic linen). The arm holes are so big that my sides are exposed to my waist. Customer service is unresponsive. It is all-around a horrible experience.

I will be reporting the company to the BBB and filing a claim with Amex if they do not promptly refund my purchase. The dress looks nothing like the photo on IG.

terrible quality, no returns, only store credit if you are lucky, total sham. The pictures are decieving and the sizing is terrible. It looked like I made the dress.

If I was able to, I would’ve given them a zero .I returned the item and didn’t even receive store credit even though I wanted a full refund because I don’t ever want to buy anything from them. The quality of their clothes is horrible. The customer service are very, very very horrible. Please do not waste your money and do not fall for the deceiving photos they post online. The quality of the clothes is very bad buy from a trustful source even if it’s going to be more expensive.

0 stars. I placed an order and it didn't come for 7 months. All they wanted to do is give me a gift card. Still fighting with them. Horrible experience. Will NEVER buy anything from them. Ever!
Quality seemed shotty too

The sizing is off, and the fabrics of the products aren't the luxury quality their marketing promises. No returns beyond store credit, too, and this policy is not made apparent to the buyer. Yes, it's on their website, but what online seller doesn't offer refunds beyond store credit? Icky, scammy vibes.

I have purchased some of my favorite dresses from Aura. Very unique pieces that are high quality & very comfortable. One of my favorite retailers for sure!

I'd give ZERO stars if I could. Horrible customer service and returns policy. NO REFUNDS & ONLY 14 DAY EXCHANGE WINDOW with no exceptions. This is awful policy for an e-commerce brand in the age of online shopping. They make no exceptions. The dress I bought doesn't fit and now I have NO options. Complete waste of money. Would NEVER order from here again.

The dress I ordered wasn't photographed clearly so the cheap lace detail didn't show up at all, nor is it mentioned anywhere in item description text, plus the sash that comes with the dress isn't even wide enough to cover the elastic waistband, so it'll never look good. The overall quality and fabric is also very cheap. I was *shocked* to find that they only offer 14-dayv exchanges for store credit, no refunds. I am giving them one more chance to refund me since the item was not actually described, otherwise I'll have to dispute this through my credit card company. Not worth the hassle, and small wonder they turned comments off on their Insta.

They will not give you a refund for a return, only store credit. The clothing appears relatively good quality, though.

Do not order from here! Terrible customer service and no returns allowed (and not made clear before purchase). Quality is very poor and items not as pictured.

I placed an order on March 9 and was told it would take up to 10 business days (max) for it to ship. It is now March 28 and my order still has not shipped. I have emailed them repeatedly for a week now with no update. They told me they had to reach out to their production team a week ago and have not provided any resolution to my follow-up emails.

Do not order! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I returned a dress and they never reimbursed me. I asked for the dress back since they were keeping the money and never heard back from them.

Classic and elegant lines. Well constructed but keep them out of washing machine or they will look worn easily.
Long shipping times. Worth the wait!

The classic black shirt dress has become a wardrobe staple for me. It is sexy, comfortable, and can be dressed up or down for any occasion. Aura is the best!

The linen set (Roma top and Monaco pants) in black is my favorite go-to outfit. It's so versatile and beautiful. I have a medium in both (I'm typically a size 27/small in most American brands) so it seems they run a bit small. The top is a bit loose but there's no zipper so I'm not sure if the size small top would have worked or not. It seems like the other colors might be somewhat see-through but that's not a problem with the black color. Wear them all the time, highly recommend!

I bought my first 2-piece linen set from Aura over the summer and it became a staple item in my closet. Since then, I have bought them in every color and every time I wear them I receive tons of compliments. Great quality!

Beautiful, well-made pieces, perfect for warm weather destinations! I do a lot of my shopping online and it’s rare to find clothing that lives up to the photos on a brand’s website. Since the pieces are made to order, it sometimes takes a while for order to arrive but this probably speaks more to my procrastination than to the brand. Will definitely be returning customer!

One of my favorite outfits (dare I say, of all time?!) is Aura the Label's Luna skirt set in Burnt Rose. The linen is lovely and the salmon color perfection. I own several more pieces and each is unique. As other reviews have pointed out, l would love to see the return policy modified to issue a return instead of store credit so I would feel more confident buying these beautiful investment pieces. Thanks Aura!

This has become one of my favorite go-to brands! Every piece they make is elegant and refined. I am so glad I found them!
