When I first booked with Rabia everything was great . She always responded within a decent amount of time. She kept me informed of what was going on and was very nice. I was to be at the hospital at 8 then she messaged and said to be there at 9. I came at 9 and it took quite a while to get me to a room. Finally went to surgery around 1. Everything went ok while I was in the hospital. What I didn’t like is they give you no paperwork for what to expect once you leave the hospital. No after are information and I’ve tried to get ahold of Rabia and she has not responded at all. They did my procedure and now I’m on my own. Poor service in my opinion

I booked my surgery through Rabia at Aurea Health group back in October 2023.

My whole journey has been amazing from start to finish.

I had video calls with Rabia before I booked my surgery and she completely put me at ease. Nothing was too much trouble.

I met Rabia in Istanbul the day before my surgery. I was looked after superbly, Rabia and was always there for anything. I have made a friend for life. Rabia truly is a very special person.

I would recommend booking through Aurea 100%. I literally cannot fault anything and am so appreciative for everything Rabia did for me!

I first choose Aurea Health Group because of the health advisor Rabia. When I sent inquiries, she responded quickly and answered my questions thoroughly without pushing. I am a nurse and realize that a lot of healthcare is a business, especially Plastic Surgery. But we have to be very careful over who we choose. This team, including Rabia and Dr. Ulas, made me comfortable and followed me every step of the way. Dr. Ulas had great suggestions when I got there, everything was very efficient from the airport, to the hospital, to the hotel, and Rabia and her driver went above and beyond to meet all my needs. I wanted for nothing and I felt very safe and cared for. Dr. Ulas did an excellent job on my extended tummy tuck and extended arm lift, with precise incisions and sutures that leaves minimal scarring. Rabia has perfect English and the nurses as well as the hotel staff were competent enough in English to help me. I would definitely recommend this team and Aurea Heath Group

My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia my beautiful patient coordinator/translator.
Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr Ulas to determine what can be done.
The day I arrived to Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel.
Then straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in details what to expect with an amazing turkish coffee.
We then had plenty of time to kill we had mad half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day.
On the day I met Dr Ulas, very calm which made me feel very comfortable.
He went through the surgery details with me I felt very very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful.
Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery I felt absolutely fine.
My journey was really good, Dr Ulas, Rabia and team I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me. God bless you and your families.

I highly recommend Aurea Health Group. I contacted them about a very personal health problem which was causing me a lot of distress and they were so reassuring and positive. I was able to fly out to Turkey and have the operation I needed very soon after an online consultation. Rabia in particular was very supportive and has excellent communication skills. She put me at ease throughout the whole process from the initial enquiry to being discharged from hospital and then leaving the city.
